My 4 year old has been at TLE since she was 11 weeks old. They have provided her with a fun, loving and safe environment- they are an extension of our family! I'm amazed at how much she has learned and all of the wonderful things they do with the students each week. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience!

My oldest child, who just graduated this past year, was enrolled at 12 weeks old. As a first time mom, placing your new baby in childcare is very hard. But when I toured the Wayne TLE, I was very impressed. Not only is the center clean and organized, but the Director of the facility has been there for 10 years. The staff have been there 5 plus years. This is not very common in other childcare centers. I know have my 19 month old there, also started at 12 weeks and its the same teachers as my first. The programs are all inclusive, no hidden fees. Its a wonderful location and would recommend them to anyone

My son has been attending TLE for 1 1/2 years. Me and my wife were having a very difficult time potty training him. He is very strong willed and was not cooperation even though we knew he was ready. The teachers and administrator encouraged us to stop using pull-ups and bring several outfits to school and they would work with him. In less than 3 days our baby boy became a big boy and was fully potty trained. Thanks so much TLE for the special time and attention you gave to my little guy.

I am so thankful to have found such a fantastic school for my little girl. She started at 3 months and I couldn't be happier. The staff is so loving and caring. I know that my daughter is in good hands when I drop her off in the morning. I am an elementary school teacher and I know how important finding an exceptional school is. I love TLE of Wayne, especially the director. She loves children, and knows what is best for her school. My daughter loves coming to school because of the staff. Thanks so much for the great experience we are having.

Please do not send your toddler to this school. My son started TLE at 2.25 yrs old and went there for 6 months. I had a horrible experience with the facility and the teachers. The way they had split the classroom with book-shelves into different center is a problem. In theory, it might but, practically, for this location, it does not work because of small room size. The book shelves in the middle have sharp corners and with toys and pillows on the floor at all times, the kids trip and hurt themselves on them quite often. My son was hurt twice due to the same set-up. Both the times, they tried to downplay the incident by calling 2 hours after it actually happened and leaving a message saying it s not a big deal. But it took a month for the first one to heal and 15 days for the other and both of them left a scar. Also, please note after the first time he fell and bumped his head, I told the center director about how I feel the classroom setup is unsafe for the age group. I was told thanks but no thanks for my opinion. My husband told me I was overreacting until my son got hurt again within the next 1.5 months and then he was on-board and we changed his school next day.

As an elementary school teacher, I wanted to be sure my child was in a loving, nurturing, and educational environment. After much research I enrolled my child in TLE Wayne and am very pleased! All the teachers are caring, creative, and attentive to the needs of the children in all aspects - educational, motor skills, social, and emotional. The teacher to child ratio is wonderful, the facilities are immaculate, and each room is well organized, brightly lit, and colorful. When I pick up my child she always has a smile and it is evident that she has been well cared for throughout the day. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my child in the care of the faculty and staff. I would highly recommend TLE!

I am so happy to have found TLE wayne. My child went to their preschool and continued with the kindergarten. The phonics and Spanish programs are excellent. My child is already reading and enjoys doing homework.
