I love the school. The teachers care about the students and they go over and beyond their duty’s to make sure the students reach their potentials. I would recommend this school to my family and friends.

We love TLS. Everyone in the TLS community is supportive and contributes time to the school in some way.The parent involvement is phenomenal.

If you have a child that is advanced ,this school will do nothing for them. My child was not challenged at all. She was bored with the curriculum. Public schools by far have more to offer.

We searched for school best suited for our daughter who just started school/kindergarten. She had struggles learning/staying on task in a class. She is smart but we were Toledo Public schools and she just got lost in the numbers and they lacked the attention and encouragement she needed to learn. It got to the point where our daughter became discourage due to low scores and did not want to go to school. She would fake being ill to not go. We checked other schools in the area and we enrolled her at Trinity Lutheran and we couldn't be happier. Great teachers and faculty that enjoy their careers in education. Small class sizes helped. This school turned her whole attitude about education around and she loves school now. We recommend to anyone in the area to send their children there.

This is an amazing school that feels very much like a family. The teachers care about the children and parents are extremely supportive. From cultural fairs, to science expos, to school musicals, outstanding sports programs, it really is a great school and I am so glad our daughter has had this educational experience.

The quality is not as great as it once was. This is a shame because it is a nice small school. It has turned into a one size fits all school. The quality of the staff has gone down as well.

Does not encourage, support or challenge academically bright students. Very little, to no diversity among student body. No diversity among staff. Leadership touts parental involvement, but actively discourages constructive criticism.

Lacks leadership. Disorganized. No challenge for outstanding students. Encourages Mediocracy. No follow through. Parental feedback encouraged on surface only. VERY strong 5th grade teacher surrounded by weakness.

Trinity is a haven of hope in a world of despair. Students learn in an environment where the moral decay of the world is kept at bay. It is a loving environment where the care by teachers, not the pressure to perform is the motivation.

Trinity Lutheran School is the best private education you can find in the Toledo area. It's size makes it easy to get to know the faculty/staff and other families affiliated with the school. Also, the Lutheran education my children receive continually strengthens their faith, confidence, and social skills. Thank you, Trinity!

Trinity Lutheran School is the best kept secret in South Toledo! We left TPS in search of a nurturing environment with Christian values and found it at TLS. It is small, warm, inviting, and affordable. Best of all you are part of the long-standing tradition of Lutheran education.

Unfortunately we have to rate our experience as less than satisfactory. The parents were fantastic and thrived to be involved but were discouraged. Parents are not informed of issues as they arise and most often are 'swept under the rug'. It is true that there are no consequences enforced. We were saddened to say the least.
