This school is, to put it frankly, a waste of time. people screaming slurs (specifically the n-word) in the halls. most kids are incredibly racist, homophobic, disrespectful, and stupid. they aren't learning because they are too busy gossiping about the latest fights (boys too) or sneaking on their phones. teachers here don't deserve what they put up with. The office ladies are rude and unhelpful, and the nurse doesn't do anything unless you're throwing up or have a temperature over 100. the girl's counselor is nice but often says to just "not be sad". there are fights almost every day (middle and high school) and almost every kid vapes or has done some kind of drug. many kids engage in sexual activities and send inappropriate pictures. This school is a toxic environment. please send your kid to literally any other school in the county, because I feel unsafe here every day. I'll write another review next year, because hopefully, something will change. but I highly doubt it. -sincerely, a current student

This school has a terrible staff team, most teachers are disrespectful toward students, and they handle bullying poorly.

I just finished as an eighth grader here. As Zack said, te teachers are good at doing their job, teaching and avoiding conflict. If your child goes her and you want them disciplined, ask for teachers like Mr. Hasley, Mr. Laburn, Mr. Meggitt, Ms. Jan and Ms. May. Mrs. Connoly isn't the best, she is a terrible guidance counseler. The team spirit, clubs, sports and teachers are the best part. Don't be shy at this school, the only bullies are those that had bad parents that will probably be kicked out before the end of the year. Join Band, Orchestra or Choir. Most of all have fun because eighth grade recognition is sad knowing you could have had more fun! Most of all, be confident. Good luck in your endeavors- A former student.

Not the best school in the world...But not the worst. There are bullies & when you go to the office (counselors) for help all they want to do is sit there. The secretaries are all useless. A much better choice would be mason jr. High/whiteford, etc. Bottom line...Send them somewhere else!!!
