my sister goes to this school and my brother used to go to this school and it is the worst school our family has ever had, the teachers are extremely rude to the kids and they think they are always right no matter the situation, and its very unprofessional. My brother got bullied his entire 4 years of attending and my sister has gotten suspended and targeted, if you love your kids or family do not send them here.

We are new to the area and school and were hesitant based on the rating of the school but the experience has been great! The principle has only been at the school for one full year but he is doing a great job of engaging with the students, holding the staff to a high standard and gaining the support of the community. This grade does not seem accurate to me.

This school has so many fight it’s not funny students are terrible teachers Alr but the principal dose nothing about it you should not go to this school trust me

Seminole Middle is an excellent school! The principal, Dr Ovalle is amazing and very involved.

Seminole middle is a great school so far! The teachers and principals are worker 1000X more to make Seminole middle a safer, more engaging, and more enjoyable school environment for the students. Heck yeah there are fights here and there, and of course, the officers, and teachers IMMEDIATELY put a stop to it. From Seminole middle last year….and Seminole middle now…..they’re WAYYYYYYYY less fights. I thought I would be miserable at this school…BUT NO! I felt safe, happy, and ready to start my new school here at Seminole middle. Many students whine about dress code! Yes you can only wear leggings if a shirt goes below bottom. Yes you can only wear shorts that go mid thigh length. Yes rips on jeans have to go below thigh. However! These rules create a safer environment from harm. And there are rules for a reason. So I hope you read this and consider coming to Seminole middle!! You will always be accepted

i wouldn’t really recommend this school. im never accommodated for my social anxiety, the principals aren’t very kind, and you don’t even have basic rights like talking with your friends at lunch (hoodies are also banned for some reason?).

This school is awful, not only does it promote sexual assault, but the victims often get in trouble for their own assault. Meanwhile, the assaulters rarely get in trouble and are often praised or not even talked to.

Everyday violence and drugs. Unprovoked attacks. Passive teachers who overlook fights, drugs. A large inability to be proactive in interest of the student’s safety. Bus is always late, at times excessive. Which creates a large tardiness in my child’s first period which is an advanced coarse. Leadership that is unaccountable. My child went from advanced classes/honor roll loving school. To being assaulted two times, harassed and not wanting to go to school. She has seen kids beat bloody. Kids drunk. Vaping. More than what a 6th grader, or any adolescent should.

This school has issues with behavior. drugatics and uninspired kids, you hate to see it. no structure at all.

This school is awful. They have a huge discipline problem. My child and their friends were attacked at a school function and not a single member of the staff did anything. It wasn't until I went to the news were any of the guilty kids punished. I would not recommend this school to anyone, they can't guarantee to keep your child safe.

I had 3 boys go through Bauder, Seminole Middle and Seminole High. All three turned out fantastic, 2 are MDs and the other a successful businessman. This school is as good as any private school in turning out great students as long as they want to learn. All the resources that you could ask for and a staff of professionals that seemed to care about the students.

My son loves this school. I do not have one complaint. Am looking forward to my daughter going this coming year. New principal has turned this place around. Never have seen so many happy kids to be at school as this place

Its a nice school, teachers have been there a long time. Its good its a non uniform school. There is many clubs, sports, and tutoring. My daughter had tried other schools and this was the one she felt at home at and did really well.

I am going to this school next year, and the ratings are 50-50, to be honest. But, I do have something to say about all you ranters out there. Don't go complaining with all caps and exclamation marks and such on some over-protective parent website. I say that if you want change, MAKE IT HAPPEN.
