After attending Orchard View School as an elementary and middle school student, my son explored several high schools. As a result, he enthusiastically decided to enroll at Orchard View for high school. We love the Orchard View teachers, principal, and staff because they are caring, diligent, and helpful. Also, the school welcomes a wide range of interests, expectations, points of view, and abilities. Because of this, learning is both personalized and collective, and families' involvement is beneficial. In addition, the Orchard View teachers, principal, and staff encourage and support extracurricular activities at school and in the larger community. Students organize school clubs, have part-time jobs, do community service and internships, take classes at SRJC and Sonoma State University, meet to play games or music, organize and attend conferences, have art exhibits, and more. After obtaining their high school diploma, these young people work full-time, enter the military, or attend a community college or university. My son is looking forward to staying connected with Orchard View as an undergraduate student as some of his older friends have done. We are grateful to Orchard View School for all these years of enjoyable and quality education.

We had a fantastic experience at this school. Our son just graduated early with 42 college credits. The teachers are very special. The teachers at OVS seem to love what they do. We got very lucky to have Sunny as a supervising teacher. I don't have the words to express our gratitude for her involvement in helping my son apply to the next step of his life, for her patience with our son, and her recommendations for him. To end his journey she gave him a book that she picked out just for him. Thank you OVS for a great experience, awesome prom (last year), great new principal and for giving us Sunny!

My son will be graduating this year. He loved every second of going here. He will graduate with 42 college credits. The new principal, Maura, is amazing. The teachers really care about the children, and are invested in their future. My son thinks every teacher here is the best. He thinks he just got lucky. That is not the case. They are all just really good. No one is teaching with videos and worksheets. Jason F, Music and Makers is just above and beyond wonderful. Sunny, there are no words for how wonderful she is. If you are lucky enough to get her for a supervising teacher, your child will be very happy and so will you. I am sure the rest are great too. Thank you OVS for 4 great years and one happy kid. Oh, the children really like their friends, and bond quickly b/c of the small campus. Last year, they had an all-school prom. It was the best one you can imagine. Kids played lawn games, sang karaoke and danced. I hope they do the same again.

It is okay, it could be better, school director could do a bit better job, for example, the director isn’t very trusting of the students, treats us like children, we are high schoolers and are treated like elementary students

Incredible staff that quickly identified our son's needs and created a comprehensible curriculum that has him way ahead of the curve. They also provide interesting classes that allows our son to hone his social skills. With a one year waiting list I'd highly recommend any parent that is concerned about the quality of their child's education to apply as soon as possible.

My daughter attended this school through 2nd grade. We were diligent with the homeschooling aspect, teaching all materials and she was doing very well. We placed her in Apple Blossom for grade 3 and found that she was far behind the curve in math and in socialization skills. Thankfully she has really blossomed after 2 years of ordinary classroom education.

My daughter attended this school for fourth grade in from 2011-2012. She had a **fantastic** time! She really found herself again and found a true love of learning. I enjoyed the hands-on projects and the way her teacher really worked to build the curriculum around her interests.
