My child's been in the pre-k and TK program at Winchester campus. Great in academics program, extremely poor in emotional and developmental wellbeing of the child. It's a very regimented program with a rigid culture. There's a lot of emphasis on what your child is not doing well, very little on giving a sense of reward for what they're doing well. There's a mold children need to fit into, or they'll be excluded. There's been incidences of bullying, conflicts of interest and my child being isolated. There needs to be more attention paid to the culture and wellbeing of children at this campus.

We enrolled our daughter in the TK class which is taught by Mrs. Weiss. She is an amazing and excellent teacher. She is able to work with each kid based on their strengths and weakness. My daughter has made great progress under her. She has an endless amount of patience which is a must have when dealing with the young kids. She goes above and beyond in organizing activities and putting on shows for the class. Keep up the awesome work Mrs. Weiss!!!

My son has been attending this school for more than a year. He loves the class, especially the TK program provided by Ms. Weiss. (PS. All the teachers we met are great, but the time I write the review, my son was taught by Ms. Weiss) The teacher impresses me almost every day. She has been taking countless pictures of school activities and almost every of my friend, after seeing those pictures, asked me which school my son is attending. You can clearly see that whether a teacher enjoys her job and love kids. The facility here is average, but w.r.t the teacher and the program, well, it worths every penny we spend. Ms. Weiss also teaches kids to have good behavior. I clearly see the difference now. He always eats everything in his lunch box. If a kid behaves inappropriately, he/she will get a timeout. Ms. Weiss also teach them a lot. In TK, they already know how to spell many vocabularies. And a year ago, my son just started learning English. The improvement is amazing. In a word, I fully recommend Ms. Weiss and their TK program. You won't regret to send your kid here.

We decided to put our kid in TK Program on the day; we visited Stratford winchester campus last February. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Our Kid’s TK teacher Mrs. Weiss is amazing. She is passionate about teaching. She is well experienced to carter to the needs of the children with different academic levels and works with parents if the kid is lagging in certain areas. She focuses on overall development of kid. She has lots of patience with the kids. Her approach of engaging the kids as part of the learning process is really unique. She takes lots of efforts to arrange event/activities for kids to keep the learning process fun and light. Our daughter loves her. We see progress in her every day. We are lucky to have Mrs. Weiss as our kid’s teacher.

Our daughter has been at Stratford for Kindergarten (Winchester campus, class taught by Mrs. Lisa Anderson). Having her in that class, at that campus, has probably been the best decision we made for her this entire year. In the first 100 days of school Mrs. Anderson has given the kids a strong basic foundation in math, good writing skills, and a genuine love for reading. Beyond the academics, we are so appreciative of the teacher’s desire to instill important life skills for the kids. They are taught about developing independence, being confident, taking responsibility when you make a mistake, being supportive of other kids while they are doing any public speaking activities, etc. It’s this holistic aspect of the classroom learning experience that we’re most grateful to have for our daughter. The only thing I regret about the Winchester campus is that it only goes up through kindergarten. If they had a few more grades at that campus, boy what a blessing that would be!Selecting your child’s school is hard (it was for us!) Good luck to all of you who are making those decisions for your little ones. We lucked out for sure.

Our child attends the KG AM program with Mrs. A and it has been the best experience. Mrs. A is the kind of teacher you dream of. She's energetic, fun, creative, kind, and encouraging. I'm astonished by how much our child has learned while still having fun. Sending our child to Stratford was the best decision. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our son has been in this school from pre-k to kindergarten and he loves to go to school. Couldn't be happier with the dedicated and caring teachers (Ms. Menu, Ms. Shumin for pre-k and Mrs. A for KG AM) and staff.

I am parent of a Jr. KG student at this school. Its a remarkable program. Academically enriching combined with a whole lot of fun. Ms. Weiss is a gem of a teacher and her students may not realize it at present but years from now, she will undoubtedly be ranked right up there as far as teachers go. The course work they cover is of KG level however it doesn't come with pressure. Somehow it all falls into place and your kid will be reading, doing math, sprouting Spanish, doing projects ( right now its a project on different states) by the time he/ she graduates from this class. Try it, you will not regret it.

Our son attends the Jr K program run by Ms Weiss. He's November-born so we could have also tried to push him directly into Kindergarten, we're glad we decided to put him in Jr K instead. We feel the gentler pace is a better way to set him up for success in Kindergarten (instead of him being overwhelmed). He's still learning a lot though, in fact we're constantly amazed by the breadth of material covered in class. Most importantly, our son loves it! We've moved several times recently so in addition to a place that challenges, disciplines and stretches him, we were also looking for him to feel comfortable and loved. Ms Weiss and the other teachers achieve the balance everyday. Highly recommend the school, and especially the Jr K program if your kid has a birthday after July.

We love the Stratford Santa Clara campus. My daughter has attended this school and campus for the past year-started with Camp Socrates and progressed to enrolling in preschool. The principal Pam and the teachers are simply superb. They have made a difference in education for my daughter who loves going to school every day. It is a great balance of academics with other activities and clubs which provides a well rounded educational foundation that is crucial at this age. Thank you and pls keep up the excellent support, curriculum, and clubs!

My daughter has been going to Stratford since preschool & is now in Kindergarden. She has learned so many things academically & socially. She is always very excited to go to school & looks forward to learning new things. I love hearing about her day & what she's learned. Its wonderful to see her development....reading, writing & math. Camp Socrates is great in giving them & yourself as a parent some insight as to what in store for the following year. It's a great way to keep them learn & excited about school during the summer. They offer a 4 & 7 week program. We've done both & think they are superb! I would highly recommend this school & their teachers.

Our son has attended Stratford for PreK, Jr.K and 2 Camp Socrates summer programs. We are extremely impressed with the teachers and administrative staff. We did quite a bit of research before selecting a school and Stratford came out on top. We like the small class size, teaching subjects beyond English and math such as music, science, history and spanish. With that said, there is a good balance between curriculum and fun play. We are especially grateful for their support, attention and caring in regards to our son's food allergies. As food allergies become more prevalent among children, schools such as Stratford provide parents comfort and the child a safe educational and loving environment.
