This school is completely unsafe for children especially if you children have special needs! Not nearly enough aides to assist the teacher / 20+ students in a class where they should have 1 adult for every 2-3 students to ensure they’re monitored at all times. My child gets assaulted because the school didn’t have enough people to keep a eye on another student with behavioral mental health problems and the schools main focus was “how can we sweep this under the rug so it goes away or how can we down play it so we don’t get sued?!” None of their focus was on protecting my child the victim! They gave the student responsible for the assault a single day suspension & let him return to class with more supervision (since they did such a great job last time!) but expect my child to sit all day in the same room as her attacker?! So much for protecting the victim!

This school was my first experience with teaching and administrative staff that seem to truly dislike children. They are openly hostile in their communication with students and are not afraid to dish out artibtrary punishment that isn't meant to teach.

Below poor! Junior high is hard enough for kids at this age, but then you add the dysfunction and disconnection the school has to its students! I would not recommend this school to anybody! They can renovate it 1000 times, and my kids will never attend it!

I attended this school for Middle School and I had no problems with it. The academic side of the school was great. I now have my daughter attending it this coming school year. I hope it is as nice as I remember. :)
