My school is an outstanding school because of the administrators, faculty, and staff members. Everyone really work well together and get along to make the environment a welcoming place for our students. Our number one priority are the students here. We want them all to succeed so we treat them with respect and expect them to do the same. We want to have our students ready to compete with students anywhere in the United States so, our goal is to have them ready in all areas. The Leader In Me Program is like icing on the cake. We can't think of any better way to introduce our students to being a part of society than to instill in them the values of living by the 7-Habits. What they have learned by following the 7-Habits will for ever be a part of them and passed on to future generations.

St. Stephen Elementary School is the place to be! I am totally satisfied as a teacher at SSE. The environment is fabulous, as it starts with Dr. Norton, and filters down through the entire staff. Everyone has their goal set to work hard to achieve success in all areas. The students are the center of all learning. It's all about the children! SSE believes in strong teaching across the board, and that reaches out to a child's greatest learning advantage. We believe in standards, skills, strategies and practices for each child to succeed in the process of learning. We are always thinking, Win-Win!!

St. Stephen Elementary is the only place I ever want to teach! The atmosphere is wonderful! The Leader in Me program is not only for the students but the staff, teachers and community are benefiting from the energy coming from this school. As a teacher you want adminstrators that not only support you but that has the best interest for each child as a priority. The adminstration is the best at SSE! They care about each and every child that walks through the door.

My school is awesome! We have incorporated the Seven Habits into our school environment and it has made a wonderful difference in our students, staff, and parents. We are a school that is dedicated to helping our children be the best at whatever they do!

St. Stephen Elementary is a school where Leaders are created. They are a Leader in Me school and the 7-Habits are everywhere you look. The students are incredible, the teachers and staff are hard working, and the school leadership is top notch! People are happy to be at this school every single day. At St. Stephen Elementary everyone enters to learn, and departs to LEAD!

St. Stephen Elementary is a school where every teacher should want to work, every parent should want thier child to attend and every child should want to go each day. The entire staff appears to really care about the children. They work really hard daily to ensure the success of every child. They are working hard daily to provide the students with the skills that they will need to be successful in the 21st Century.

I love Saint Stephen Elementary! Dr. Norton is a wonderful principal, and the teachers there are wonderful!! Every teacher I know at that school really loves the students and want to see them succeed!!
