This is our fourth year at SSPJ and we have loved becoming part of the community. It is a small school which I have found very beneficial to building friendships both for myself and my kids. The teachers and staff are all very supportive and receptive to parent involvement. We love the fact that students attend mass regularly. Faith is not just another subject but there is a focus on developing the whole person through a relationship with God. The parish and school community have given me a very different perspective on what school can be like, having myself attended a large public school in the area. Highly recommend SSPJ if you are looking for a different school experience.

The teachers at SSPJ really love their students. It is sad to graduate from this school, but I know that I am really prepared for high school.

I attended this school when I began my education and I already knew my child would be going there. Since pre-k My son has made strong friendships, grown more confident, and LOVES the teachers, the clergy and the community. Given the small, warm, and inviting atmosphere, he is excelling in his subjects. Being open during Covid, when most were closed or virtual, allowed him to have those important social experiences with his classmates, while keeping up with his education in the classroom. The religious education in a small school reinforces both our Faith and the teaches the skill to make the right choices and think of others. This year, his teacher, Ms. Merola has been amazing. When he was struggling with math, I contacted her and still receive updates. She’s gives him work that’ll help him more and lets me know how he’s doing. She’s so genuinely caring! I am going to miss her next year, but am also excited, as I’ve only heard wonderful things about the forth grade teacher!

My daughter has attended since kindergarten . My family loves the atmosphere , she reads above grade level, is able to join clubs during after school to try new things. I also love that everyone knows everyone and the older kids are so sweet to the younger kids. The older kids help and encourage the younger children which is a beautiful thing. The teachers are so friendly and treat your child like they are their own.

My daughter has been attending SSPJ for 2 years and she is thriving! The teachers and staff create such a warm and nurturing environment. It’s amazing to see my Kindergartner with friends in each grade, from nursery to 8th. I love the individual attention my child receives instead of being lost in a huge public school setting. This was the best choice we made for my daughter and her education.

I want to share my absolute satisfaction with my sons experience at this Catholic school. The school creates a warm and supportive environment that nurtures them both academically and spiritually. My sons teachers are dedicated professionals who challenge them to reach their full potential. The integration of Catholic teachings and values is exceptional, providing a solid academic foundation along side a strong moral compass. I highly recommend this school A+.

This school does not solve bullying they just try to hide it and blame to kid that report being bullied. Does not recommend this school .

I have three Children attending the school. The teachers are caring and compassionate. There are so many different electives and afterschool clubs to choose from. Great choice for my family

My three children are thriving at this school. The principal and teachers have navigated COVID beautifully with in-person teaching for all grades. I love that the students are exposed to musical instruments as early as 1st grade. Mandarin and Spanish are offered. Great academics in a nurturing environment!

As the 2020-2021 school year comes to a close, I can’t say enough positive things about SSPJ. Every morning begins with the principal greeting each child for COVID temperature checks and words of welcome, encouragement and blessing. The anxieties of the outside world disappear as they enter into a positive, productive learning unparalleled by any I have ever encountered. My grandsons will enter first and sixth grades in the fall. Watching them soar to new heights in their spiritual, academic and social lives is a testament to the mission of SSPJ and everyone who works there!

Really great place! All the teachers are caring and fair. There is a strong emphasis placed on academics and building character. The school offers all the specials that are available in a public school, even prek gets Spanish class. Highly recommended!

I have been to many schools and every time I leave it is with a great big smile. :) They are trust worthy and responsible with the mostprecious gift god gave us! OUR YOUTH

I love this school my daughter is in the pre-k program and Mrs Anderson is awsome. She treats all the kids the same. I like the community feel and religious aspect. We have a good elementary school near by but I am worried how bad the higher grades are. Big drug problems. I volunteer in the school and all the kids are so polite and kind. What I like to see. No bad language and no sloppy dressing. All in all nice school and great staff.
