The school believes on casteism and discrimination based on religion of students. They believe in collecting fee only and not showing any responsibility of whatever happening with children. They are busy in serving students from elite class and showing carelesness towards other students. If above things exists then one can imagine the quality of the study and wisdom accrued by the students of the institution.

What I initially thought was an excellent school (by word of mouth), I soon learned this school is far from a good school. The biggest issues are the teachers. Every year my son had one or two teachers that took the "I don't give a ----" attitude. They went so far as to say, if you don't like eat then drop the class. Unfortunately, the guidance counselors are not very helpful and will not hear a student or even engage with the student. My son was basically on his own at this school to try and figure out how everything works. On his senior year, he was not told that he needed an on line course to graduate. We happen to be looking at the entire program and noticed that he needed the course. His guidance counselor pretty much advised that he was out on the day it was presented and that is why he was not informed. I can go on and on about issues at this school, from constant fights to teachers speaking to kids as if they were gum under their sneaker. While I do not always take my son's side as I know he does things that he should not, the extent of his behavior is wearing sweats to school or pajamas. My son has never disrespected a teacher in the school as he knows I will not tolerate this behavior. Now I ask, who addresses the teachers when they disrespect a student and do not care about their education.I will say, the principal is excellent. My son had issues with a teacher and after a back and forth with a teacher and a dean acting unfairly, he stepped in and resolved the issue. My son was unfairly accused of cheating. When he retook the test, the teacher refused to change his grade back to a passing grade. She was angry because she made an inappropriate comment in class in front of the entire class and I brought it to the school's attention.Sad to say bullying is not only from kids, but also from teachers.

Very well desiplined Each one of the staff members are dedicated and focused on development and enrichment,It is more on all round achievement rather than only Academics focus for the children. It can be little more competitive environment keeping the loving , supportive approach in tact but hopefully that is where the direction is towards. We can see it clearly!Overall, a wonderful, completely enriching experience for the students and families

My kids participate in the extra curricular events as well. Seems to have a small town feel and for the most part seems to be well organized. I know a few of the teacher personally and think that the staff does care . it seams that most of the problems are from the students themselves, they act like they can't be touched and do not take consequences seriously - this all starts at home!I would recommend this school if you are in the district.

This high school is by far one of the best in the district. Harmony is a beautiful small town atmosphere location with amazing fesitivals including the dark sky festival. If your children are assigned to this high school they will be very well educated. The teaching staff is one of the more highly qualified and well respected in the five county area.

If feel the Harmony High School is a very good school. However, the school could do better by taking out unnecessary "State" test. This will help the teachers to teach our children to learn what's needed to succeed in school. Instead of having stressed out children trying to studying for a "State" test and school work at the same time.

I found some of teachers to be caring and 90% of them will go out of their way to help their students. The other 10% needs to get a grip. AP classes are not taught to the standards expected in particular - AP Bio or AP World History. The Principal is a good person but needs to look deeper into some of his staff teaching methods and the homework loads. The Assistant Principals and Deans are dedicated to the school and its students their presence is always seen around school. The guidance counselors involvement is minimal, but always helpful if a student approaches them. I found that the receptionist to the guidance office needs to get a crash course from the receptionist at the front desk. Harmony High needs to get all its staff on the same page! Your popularity will not last forever nor will your jobs!

If you are new to the school don't expect to play sports there is definitely a "good ole boy club" at this school the coaches don't play anyone that hasn't grown up here so save your child the disappointment and don't bother.

My daughter went to Harmony for 1 semester, when unfortunately we had to move across town. I was very happy with the school, the parental involvement and the teachers. She had wonderful, caring teachers who were very good and helped her get her grades up from C's to B's and A's. I almost wish we had not move since her new school (Celebration High school) is not nearly as good. I have taught in several Osceola county high schools a a sub teacher and find Harmony to be the best of all!
