I am a student at scms and I like the school it's just as if the deans don't care and there are lots of fights and its crazy to think that a 11 or 12 year would want to go her sometimes but I do help with special needs and they do amazing and I have mostly nice teachers but some are disrespectful or rude I have gone to this school almost 2 years now and this school is hectic.

I dot even like the school and i don't learn in my 2 period and teachers are mean and i have a teacher that is rude to me and another teacher that doesn't teach at all he just says look at the board and do it your self

My daughter going into 7th grade at SCMS and loved her teachers last school year as a 6th grade with first year of the pandemic. Her FSA scores were still the same as she was in elementary school above average score. Few times I had to contact admin or teachers through e-mail. Teachers were great at answering back within the end of the next school day. Admin took a little longer but was expected.

I am going to start by saying I am glad I don’t have to deal with this school another year. First of all, the rudeness of the staff, I truly felt discriminated many times by many of them. Second of all, they weren’t capable of doing things correctly , such as paperwork requested, communication with teachers was the worst and never received call backs. I had to be on top of them because they never seem to care. Can’t go without saying that more than half of the school is in summer school. Yes we as parents have a big part on our kids education but the teachers are the ones teaching, they are the ones to know what areas the kids need more help on. They should truly focus correctly and not jut to obtain a paycheck. Such as contacting parents and communicating. I was the one always reaching out and I have proof of that. I truly recommend if you have the option to get them in a different school do it.

This school district is the worst ever and that makes the schools bad as well. I have had less issues with the middle school than the high school but still some of the same issues. Communication from teachers is almost non existent my sons gifted program teacher is the only one that actually communicates on a regular basis and responds in a timely manner. My son has issues writing so it can be easily read. The schools solution have him type everything because you don’t need to write anymore. That is exactly what we were told. He gets bullied during class and amazing the teachers have never seen it happen. He gets bullied on the bus and again no one ever sees it happen. For a “normal” student maybe this school would be subpar but for a student that does not fit the check boxes as “normal” this is NOT a good school and an even worse school district to be in. If you are looking to move to Saint Cloud or Osceola County at all and have kids that will be attending school do them a huge favor and move elsewhere. There are lots of other places around with much better schools.

Friendly, respectable staff and my children enjoy it. Problem solved. One of my nephews also attends there and has mentioned liking the students.

this school isn't the best school ! my overall opinion is that this whole school is racist ! my daughter comes home everyday with different stories about how her teachers don't even care if the white kids are wearing booty shorts but when the hispanic's come with short shorts .. the teachers send them to the office ! i dislike this school very much and i have been wanting to switch my daughter and finally i did ! <3 thank you for your time to read this (:
