No diversity and too many immature teachers and parent behaviors. Snobby and clicky. going to a private school.

Travell has great ESL programs, experienced teachers, and indoor lunch activities for kids during the winter.

Excellent teamwork from teachers, parents and the principal of the school. Lots of after school enrichment. But still needs more academic school clubs for children.

Travell Elementary School has a wonderful neighborhood. Kids are very happy in this school. Teachers are kind. Good ESL program and teacher. Lunch activity program like YOYO and indoor sports. Fifth graders start instruments. My kid loves Travell.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Travell Elementary School. The comment about poor academic leadership was a complete surprise to me. My children have had wonderful teachers, some better than others, but overall have thrived at Travell. The parent community is wonderful and the children are exposed to wonderful enrichment activities. A faculty of wonderful, caring teachers. If I had to do it all over again, and make the choice to send my kids to another Ridgewood Public School, or send them to Travell, I would send them to Travell in a heartbeat....
