Sending me to Richmond Academy was one of the best decisions my parents made. The school is one big family and the teachers truly care about helping you learn and grow academically and spiritually. The workload and the study skills I learned there definitely prepared me for college. The smaller size of the school allowed me to get involved in many different groups and develop my leadership skills. I’m so grateful for the years I attended RA.

My son attended first grade here for about 2 weeks before I pulled him out because he was being bullied. He was being physically assaulted at school. Other children were putting their hands on him outside of play. I listened to his second grade teacher gaslight him, disempower his expression and trivialize his experience. It was horrific. I was sitting right there during the exchange so I can’t imagine how it would have been handled or how he would have been spoken to had I NOT been present. I pulled him out of the public school system in hopes that a Christian private school would offer a better environment and more responsive staff. Richmond Academy is not a safe and inclusive space. I would not recommend anyone sending their children here. Bullying is a natuonal epidemic and if you don’t have structures in place and the proper skills to handle it copiously, you should not be employed at a school in an academic, advisory or administrative capacity. Grossly unacceptable. Period.

Fantastic results. The best experience so far! It is summer now and my daughter already is looking forward to going back to Richmond Academy. She loved it there. It's a place where education, leadership, independence, friendship, kindness, compassion, excellence and setting strong foundation for the future is instilled in the kids from young age. A well respected place among the community and one of the most diverse schools in the country.

Amazing school, awesome teachers, wonderful staff. Their new principal is so caring with the kids, you can see her walking the little kids to their parents every afternoon. Our daughter has been at RA since first grade and had two amazing God loving teachers. I appreciate everything they do.

My son has been a student at RA since Kindergarten (now going into 5th grade). I have seen him grow so much over the years--academically, physically, spiritually. He really loves the atmosphere and has made so many friends. Richmond Academy feels like a family! The teachers and staff go above and beyond for the students and families. Especially with the pandemic. We look forward to many more years--since they go through 12 grade!! We highly recommend Richmond Academy and the wonderful Christian atmosphere there!

Excellent teachers and staff creating a strong christian environment and education. You could see their hard work come into play during the pandemic when the transition to online school was smooth and functional. My kids were able to finish the school year online and strong.

Our two daughter attend, have excelled academically, and are growing spiritually. The teachers are awesome. Very safe school. Love the new location.
