I never saw my kid so excited to attend school when we started there in 2024. The teachers, staff, and Principal, Mr. Craig Bellair, were fantastic. We will miss all that. Thank you, Liberty Elementary School.

This has been an amazing school for our child. The staff, principal, teachers all make the building feel like home. So much laughter, care and kindness is shared daily. This school does a great job identifying students who are described as gifted and offers gifted English and Math classes starting 3rd grade. The PTA has been very positive and put on events that brings everyone together for fun activities. I can't say enough positive things about our school and the community they built. I will be super sad when my son has to move on to middle school.

Our experience at Liberty has been amazing! The staff is AMAZING! Friendly faces meet the kids at drop off, the office staff are always available to answer a parents questions, and the principal Craig takes the time to respond thoughtfully to parents emails and implements helpfully suggestions.

I have two children at Liberty (grades 1 and 3). We have had a great experience there so far. The teachers we have had have been excellent. There is help with reading available for those who need it, and more difficult assignments given to children who need the extra challenge. There is a lot of attention given to develop the character traits of the students. The environment is fun and not stressful. The related arts are great as well!

Would not recommend. My little girl comes home crying day after day due to bullying. When contacting school or teacher, they say everything is alright.

If a friend asked me whether I recommend this school, I would be very reluctant. The kindergarten is great, so are second grades, third and fourth grades. The worse are probably fifth and sixth grades, which could be also seen on the state test results. As with everything, some teachers are really great, others not so much. What I resent most is probably excessive emphasis on media learning and testing. The school has also more students than desirable. I think that the merging with the other school years ago was really unfortunate. Although the test results are not the worst comparing to other Worthington schools (but certainly not the best), I do not like the atmosphere there neither. I have been to other schools in Worthington area and the air there was different - friendly, homey, pleasant, unstressful and generally forgiving to students. Altogether, this school is not bad, but if i had a third child, I would think twice before putting them there...
