This program may be the worst program I've ever encountered. Between incompetent teachers and site managers with no communication skills I would say avoid at all costs if you can.

One of the worst experiences I've had with any PISD program, bar none. Glad we hadn't needed to use these services in 7 years. Just this once that we attempted to enroll our son for 4 weeks, and what a disaster it turned out to be - yes I would agree with most: financial office is a mess.

PISD should strongly consider working with Plano Parks or the YMCA to help provide an alternate solution for aftercare or just provide something better overall similar to FISD.

The financial office people are rude! I called a few times and they just told me "get on the website and read". The program itself is not great neither. Kids go through all day of school and they don't even get to do other stuffs during the program. They said There is homework time , but my son's school doesn't have much so I ask if I can have him do 10-15 mins work during that time, they simply told me no and save that after he gets home. I really have no clue what the heck they do in there. Better save the money and send him somewhere else

The PISD is good but the PASAR After school program is horrible!!! My child have to walk on egg shells at this school to not get suspended from the program. They suspend kids for the smallest reason. If your child sneeze to loud its a suspension. If their in the bathroom to long! Its a suspension. They are more strict than the school district rules. Is this a private school or a after school program?

One of the worst service in Plano ISD. Horrible customer service. Bad experience the few times I had to call. They flat out say " if you don't like the service then take your kids somewhere else". Also, their voice mail greeting is "Don't leave a VM because we will NOT return your call". I can't believe these people are allowed to do so in such a wonderful district. I love the school and the teachers, but PASAR program is horrible!!

Plano pasar after school has very bad financial service and not much help . I had to call several times to get an answer and none of them are helpful. I have very bad experience with these people to get a small info as well.My son doesnt have much to learn . It is really a waste of money as per my opinion.
