The Einstein School is fantastic for so many reasons! First, I want to say I have worked as a teacher and administrator at Einstein, and I know the founder has poured her heart into this school, and her passion is unprecedented. The staff's love and care is remarkable. Additionally, I have had family members attend and graduate from Einstein who went on to attend university where they graduated!! Which is the norm for Einstein students. For someone to insinuate that students do not graduate college is false and insulting to all students who have worked incredibly hard to do so. Einstein is a 501 c3 non-profit, and the pay is competitive with other local private schools. Anyone looking for a high paycheck shouldn’t be in education.

I was a teacher at this school for about 3 and a half years. I can say that some students did receive a good education here, but it was because of who the students were, not because this is a good school overall. Many students who attended this school graduated WITHOUT satisfactorily completing the coursework. I was forced to pass students who did absolutely nothing. They brag about the percentage of their students that get into college. What they don't tell you is that many of those students drop out of college after one or two semesters because they are UNPREPARED for college level work. One of the student support services teachers told a student to put that he was student body president on his college application. At that time, there wasn't any student government at all at The Einstein School. This student got into the college of his choice, but was back home after six weeks because he didn't have the background or the discipline to be successful. The director is a puppet that bends to the demands of parents. She doesn't support her teachers when parents complain about a bad grade or other issue. She doesn't support teachers when there are issues with student behavior. To top it all off, the pay is ridiculously low. I was promised a raise every year, but something always "came up."If you are a teacher, I suggest you look for a job somewhere else. If you are a parent thinking about putting your child here, please consider other alternatives. I would never recommend this school to anyone.

Alright, so here's the deal, I am a current student at the Einstein school, and it's great, but it has flaws. I am a transgender child, and this is one of the few places I feel safe to be able to express myself in Texas. It is an extremely liberal school, especially due to its attraction to the arts. There are some amazing teachers and some not-so-good ones. It's one of the most supportive environments, in public school I was threatened with hate crimes for my race, my gender identity, and my sexual orientation. However, here I have never dealt with that. When I was out for a while due to a psychiatric program, they accommodated all of my needs and even exempt me from a good chunk of the semester, making up for the time I was gone. One of the things I love about Einstein is that it accommodates well, not only to mental health but to studying and grading. In public school I was ahead, but never able to move up in the grades past what was appropriate for my age. Here, at Einstein, I work on levels all across the dashboard. Einstein is one of the best schools I've gone to. The administration has obvious flaws and isn't made up of the best people. The work environment isn't desirable, and while i wish things were done about this, it's the only school I can really safely go to.

I came here to post a review of Einstein because I am a teacher who LOVES my job. I was shocked to see a review suggesting parents can make a "big donation" to ensure their child graduates. NO! First, Einstein is a Non-Profit. As a 501c3, Einstein does not and has not ever accepted "big donations" from parents. Second, speaking as a teacher at this school, I can tell you that my colleagues and I pour our hearts into teaching the students. We do everything we possibly can to meet kids where they are and give them what they need to succeed. I know my students as individuals. I know their learning styles. I know what motivates them. Every single day I try to give them just the right amount of encouragement and inspiration to help them learn and grow. Does this require time, commitment, and professional discipline? Yes! But those who cannot or will not meet these expectations simply don't last long as teachers at Einstein. Whoever wrote that review does not know the school!

This has been the most amazing school experience for my 2 high school students. I am so grateful that we found it. The entire school has been so supportive and kind, allowing the kids to blossom and be themselves. They have made so many friends and enjoyed performing and coming out of their shells. Seeing them go from a public high school to Einstein was like night and day. So much is said about the impact of a great teacher and this school proves that 100%!! The best teachers and staff that you could ever hope to find.

Both my children started at The Einstein School as juniors and it was by far the best experience of they have ever had at a school. They absolutely loved the school. The administrators, teachers and students were all awesome. The head of the school, Jan, is amazing. My kids were actually sad when school let out for summer. That has never happened in all the years they have been going to school. The Einstein School is the best!

During the many years I have taught at the Einstein School, it has been my primary goal to interact with and support children with their lessons and activities to enrich and enhance their lives. This coincides with a major portion of the Einstein School’s mission to unlock a child’s potential. As an enthusiastic teacher, I am dedicated to enabling young minds to achieve their aspirations. I am passionate about teaching and helping students come to love learning and transform the way they view education. I firmly believe that teaching is a profession that calls for an individual to give a large portion of their time and energy to the task of teaching. Students remember and understand concepts when I make these events come to life. With creative learning strategies and effective inquiries to challenge critical thinking, students are given an opportunity to contribute to the lessons. When an “a-ha” moment occurs, I am led to believe that the students are going to experience great academic success as they continue their commitment to education.Aside from the instructional aspect of teaching at the Einstein School, I get to know my students individually, their strengths, their weaknesses, and their interests. This creates a relaxed classroom atmosphere and gives personal worth to the material. Students understand there is a reason for continued learning experiences. Incorporating the core values of “All In”, “Always Learning”, “Color Outside the Lines”, “Committed to the Cause”, “Do What is Right”, and “Non-Judgmental” enhances the foundation on which the school was established. These values are clearly understood and shared by every member of the school community. We believe in commitment, opportunity, respect, and excellence.

As a parent, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Einstein School! My daughter just graduated this May at age 16. She is very academically driven, and attending Einstein allowed her to pursue an accelerated academic path that earned her hefty merit scholarships from several R1 universities. The teachers at Einstein are extremely dedicated to the students. They respond to emails immediately and communicate constantly about grades, assignments, and expectations. We have found that the teachers at Einstein go above and beyond anything we have seen at any other school. Einstein's small class sizes allow for individualized attention and offer truly in-depth learning. I was always impressed with what my daughter was learning. Plus, the Director of College and Career readiness is outstanding. We are so lucky that Einstein was a part of my daughter's life!

Teachers at the Einstein School tend to leave midway through the school year due to admin mismanagement and gross underpayment, leaving the students with an incomplete education, and sometimes as many as 4 teachers in the same year. Some programs are run with absolutely no oversight. In the Performing Arts Program students would be left in a room together, with no teacher oversight. The teacher would also cast the same 8 or so students in every show, and not teach any other students in their class. If that wasn't bad enough, the students that weren't in her in-group would be subject to unchecked mistreatment by her favorites. In another class at the school, a teacher spent a solid chunk of class time speaking about their religion. Previously there have been stories of more teachers grossly oversharing with their students about familial issues or medical problems. Overall, the lack of oversight into the elective programs is astounding, and the lack of support for teachers leads to poor choices in employment.

Ive been at the einstein school for two years now im currently a freshman there and i started in 8th grade!! Honestly it was the best decision ive ever made i moved from a huge public school to this school for mental health and ive never been at a school so caring and accepting. You will find the teachers want whats best for you and all the students are so welcoming and accepting!

i've been at this school for 3 years now (currently in 11th grade) and i love it! the teachers are dedicated and knowledgeable, lessons are fun and unique, and my classmates are for the most part very nice. this is a diverse school and a lot of kids are lgbtq+ so the student body is very accepting of the differences of others. i also like how flexible the school is with each student's interests- if you really like something, such as art or foreign cultures, you can easily get permission to start a club to share your interest with others. i'm going to be really sad when i gradate because this is such a neat school i feel lucky to be at

The Einstein experience is life-changing for students. Students get a great education and the school's environment fosters the development of self-esteem, social and emotional growth. The school focuses on the whole child!

This school changed my daughter's life and attitude towards school. After just a few months of switching to Einstein, she went from feeling sick every day to actually wanting to go to school every day. She felt a lot of respect from her teachers and respected them greatly. My daughter graduated with wonderful college choices and academic scholarship offers due to her ACT/SAT scores and was recruited from top Forbes schools. She has gone on to become the captain of the Freshman academic team in college and led them to a victory in their conference. My daughters have attended several of the "top" Dallas private schools and I would put my daughter's Einstein education and experience up against any of them!

This is truly a life changing place! The entire staff is passionate about the work they do. The staff goes out of their way to know every student and help to make sure each child’s needs are met. What is amazing is the flexibility Einstein offers. Every students schedule is hand selected by the administration ensuring they are able to be challenged develop grit while they are also happy! Students are able to take advanced classes in all subjects. Every student has a voice at Einstein they are able to pursue various interests with less stress and anxiety.

I moved from Kuwait to Allen Texas to have my son attend this school. You will not find a better school, for three major reasons, Student teacher ratio (4:1, TO MAX 8:1), the compassion from the CEO down to the teachers, and the students. The students help each other, this is a true measure of the culture of the school. Yes, it produces great SAT scores, and penetration into High end Universities

I switched from Jasper to The Einstein School because I was really struggling with my school work- I felt stressed out and overwhelmed. The Einstein School really changed my life and helped me. I transferred to Plano Senior High my senior year of high school only because I wanted to graduate with my friends from soccer but I regret doing that. Despite a false review, the school is accredited, and they go beyond the call of duty for the students. It's a safe place that I would recommend to anyone.
