Principal Grayson Payne is a visionary leader whose ability to connect with students on their level is truly remarkable. My son has attended several charter schools, yet it is under Mr. Payne's leadership that he has shown a profound and noticeable enthusiasm for his studies.Mr. Payne's adeptness in steering the school's direction while also being a hands-on executor is commendable. He is a staunch advocate for our youth, always lending an ear to their needs. Whether it's due to his empathetic understanding of the challenges students face or his unwavering optimism and belief in transforming the education system, Mr. Payne is indeed making an impact. My son has never felt as welcomed and valued for his intellect as he does in the nurturing environment that Mr. Payne fosters. This small, warm, and welcoming setting is a testament to his dedication, which he extends generously and graciously every day. His open-door policy, even for impromptu parent meetings, speaks volumes of his commitment to addressing any concerns with utmost professionalism and without bias.We are truly grateful to have Mr. Payne at the helm of Genesis Academy, guiding our children's educational journey with such care and engagement.Thank you to Mr. Payne and the Entire Staff@Genesis!

I am impressed with the quality of service all the staff at Genesis City is providing the attending students. The teachers are committed and truly show their passion in helping students learn. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The school is well run and as a parent, I appreciate they are working to develop the students not only in their education, but in their own personal development. Encouraging strong character traits such as commitment and responsibility is something that will be beneficial to each student as they continue through life's journey. Well done Genesis City! And to the staff, thank you for your dedication.

I first became aware of Genesis City and their alternative charter high school last year at their annual fundraising event that I attended with a friend. I was blown away by the testimonials of the students and their parents. Their feedback moved me to visit the campus so I could see first-hand what they were doing with at-risk youth. I was extremely impressed! I am happy to support this organization/school with my school tax credit dollars and I am very much looking forward to their Blues Night event coming up on November 4th.

Upper management is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards student and parents . Acts inappropriate and is incompetent when it comes to discussions ,does not know how to communicate with out aggressiveness and is complicated to come to agreements and feels the need for empowerment. It is disappointing there is no encouragement or ambition to actually help those students in need and looking for change. Teachers who encourage this behavior and discriminates on individuals should not be allowed to teach. I Would not recommend this Genesis Charter school.
