For me, it is the best school that I could have found for my son with early intervention (IEP). They have helped him a lot with his speech since he was 3 years old. They accepted him even though he didn't know how to use the bathroom. Mrs. Airing, Maria, Kim, and others have helped my son a lot. I like it because there is Hispanic staff as well in case the child doesn't fully understand English. My son has been going to preschool at that school for 2 years now. Mrs. Airing cares a lot about all of her students. I think that sometimes she doesn't even take her days off. You can see the love she has for the children and she understands them very well. I really recommend this school.

There is a nation-wide teacher and staff shortage. Covid has not been a friend these past 2 years. It has been a privilege to work part-time at Constitution and witness dedicated teachers, paraprofessionals, and admin who strive their best to create a successful and safe environment for our kids! THEY keep the school open. I have witnessed it in action with my own eyes this past week. A para who walks 2 miles from home every day to be on time for crossing guard and school duty. A retired special education teacher who returned part-time to help (taking time away from her grandkids). Office, nurse, bus, maintenance, and kitchen folks making sure students are fed and able to learn in sanitary conditions. And the kiddos? What a diverse and wonderful group of children. They are wizards on chrome, keen to ISN, and attentive to learn. Are there issues that arise? Sure. It is a school with over 600+ students. But issues are dealt with promptly and with consistent protocol. Overall? This school deserves a standing "O"!

At first I had thought this school better than other schools but it just want to look the part.Classes are packed and only full. You can see the teachers taking out their anger and frustration with yelling and over aggressive talking. I feel for the students attending these types of schools.Teachers and principal lack empathy. They refuse to understand students with special needs or demands even as the family attempt to get an IEP set up.Pushing out children that need that extra attention and accommodation.Disappointed and disgusted.Hope others and their children have better experiences.

Very poor, sometimes is was good but most of my time my daughter complained about not having very many friends that wanted to play nice.

Constitution has played a significant role in the development of both of our boys not just educational but also with their character. Constitution has created a safe place for our children to experience diversity and real world environments. The staff in a ministration work very well together and with the students and the parents as well. It is evident that the well-being of the child and what's best for the child is what comes first.

Constitution has been a good school for many years. We have become part of the ASU TAP program. There have been major improvements made throughout the entire school, including topics that don't get tested. Students are showing growth in their ability to make positive choices, how to handle themselves in given situations, and learning to respect others for who they are. We are looking forward to another great year of learning.

Our son is in the fifth grade at Constitution and our daughter went there just over 10 years ago. The school participates in programs like "The National Spelling Bee" and "Jr. Achievement" - where the students can benefit practical experience and exposure to business. I was absolutely shocked when I researched The National Spelling Bee participating schools and saw how FEW were enrolled! I'm so glad and PROUD that Constitution still sees the importance of education. The school staff is helpful and friendly; and the atmosphere is positive and energetic. The kids are decent to each other and that says alot I think. Constitution Elementary has not only been a consistently well run school, but also an asset to the community here in N. Phoenix. Thank you Constitution Principal, Teachers and Staff! from John and Julie Koehler/parents
