I just moved to Parrish and I’m surprised how good of a school this is. My daughter felt right at home. The school just got an “A” from the state, it has all the sports, specially football. The building is brand new as well as all the equipment. I’m so happy now to have moved to Parrish. I’m a father of four, two in college, one in elementary (Harvey, also “A”) and one in high school, attending PCHS.

I don't agree with great schools. Parrish just became an A school this year. Kuds at this school seem to be excelling year to year. School was first open the 2019-2020 school year and has progressed each year after.Parent of an 1th grader and 9th grader at PCHS

As a Parent of PCHS Please Dont Go To This School They Use A Terrible wifi plan and cheap chromebooks and you even cant walk on the GRASS (without getting ISS for a day or more things depend on the rule you have broken and if you do get caught you will be getting a phone call home- quoted from my daughter)

If I could describe this school in one word, I would call it Average. With a good choice of classes and elective courses, I could choose which classes I wanted to. This school also has a variety of sports and clubs great for a variety of interests. The issue is the communication between these activities and students. The only form of communication we get is through the not so loudspeaker in the afternoon announcements. The have you Herd schoology group is only good at giving information for hoco and prom. you need to do a deep search on their website in order to find other information even for required summer homework. The teachers here are a gamble, some good, some not so good, and some in between. the good teachers get you to be passionate for their class while the not so good ones don't even teach properly, but rather just give out endless worksheets without explaining about the topic. the worst event that ever occurred at this school was the major panic last year which caused sun burns and non-needed stress for students. their response to this could have been better. This school states that you don't need phones in order to work at the school which is absolutely false with multiple teachers requiring to use phones for teachers with no computer carts and even for submitting work through a special IOS/Android PDF maker app. The computers here are very slow(some from 2016) which makes them take 10 minutes just to get into your schools SSO, but the desktop ones are fast enough. Its good enough for a public school and in my opinion better than a lot of them, i would recommend it to you if you cant afford private schools.

I'm the father. I recently came down with Covid my son was 2 mins tardy because I was very sick in addition the drop off line was very long. I gave him a written excuse but he was punished anyway. When I called to discuss this with the principle she did not sympathize at all. She said to bad so sad. She said this is your sons fault. I run a tight ship because I've been doing this for 15 years and I'm basically the cream of the crop and know more than most. This is my son's first week at this school. I now fear how this school year will go.
