The changing of the students is not the problem and you are asking the wrong question? The question you should be asking is - "Are the school officials and center coordinators changed their ways and policies that goes against the children s ability to learn? You should be asking that question. Are they hiring the right teachers with experience in teaching artistic students. Have they considered spending the extra money that is needed for teachers to purchase the supplies she needs to get her students on grade level? Have they cancelled their lavish spending federal dollars on waste - and put it into teachers, classrooms and students. These are the questions that need asking! RColon.

The problem with RCMA. they spend too much money on un-needful things and spend a short fall on their teachers and students. What they spend on supplies and needful things for the student and teacher is like working two jobs just to make ends meet to survive; well, that is how much they spend to the borderline of acceptance for more federal dollars. These children can achieve higher standards if management and school official was on a different level than caring more for the exterior; and you can't take that to the bank! I was very involved with their finances. An organize money river operation using our childrens development and education.
