I absolutely love the school staff and friendliness that the whole staff give me and my child. My voice is always heard. The staff here at the school have integrity and morals.

This is by far, the worst school my son has ever attended and we have had some bad ones for sure. The 2/10 rating this site has for this school is not low enough. Also, take a look at the demographic information and you can see that the school cares a lot more about it's white students than the students of any other race. This level of incompetence is an insult to the word incompetence. The fact that the school is allowed to operate like this should be a crime against children of the highest degree. I honestly believe that this school should be shut down and investigated from top to bottom for negligence and misconduct. The fact that no one on this site writes about how bad it actually is just shows how little parents are paying attention. This is by far the worst school in the area and no one says a thing about it. I wonder why that is? I wish someone could explain it to me.

I was worried about this school but, it has turned out to be a great school for all my children. It has wonderful staff the coaches are great people the principal and vice principal are super accessible to parents and students. Pam in the front is a nice and helpful lady. I would surely recommend this school.

This is probably the worst school my kids have ever attended. We moved to the area the end of 2012 when my husband left the Marine Corps. From the start, the people at the school district were not very helpful. My kids attended for a couple of months and then I found out I was expecting and was put on bed rest. I told the school numerous times that I was placed on bedrest and didn't have anyone to help me take and pic up my kids from school. No one helped. Pam at the front office was no help at all. I finally called the district and spoke to the director of student services who put my kids on independent study. I recently got a notice from the school saying my oldest is a habitual truant..obviously communication is not something the school is great with, especially when every week my kids homework is dropped off and they get their new homework for the week. I also have requested my son's first grade teacher Mrs. Feehan to call me numerous times, and she has failed to do so! There is no communication between teachers and parents unless your child is absent (I wonder if it's really because they loose out on funding for each absent student). WORSE SCHOOL EVER!

My daughter loves summerwind and it would break her heart if she had to leave. She recently got Mrs. Johnson, and she was nice and had straightened even the worst kids into great students. I recommend this school greatly!
