Rejoice Christian School in our experience has been worth every penny that we've spent. Our child is in the 2nd grade and achievements are higher than the average second grader. Every staff member knows our child not just by name but also personality. The security is excellent and each year there is an improvement to the current security plan. Class sizes are small and so far the all of the staff has been approachable and great with communication. We love that each child is treated the same no matter what. Most importantly, this truly is a Bible led school. Our child is not only getting a top notch education but also learning about Christ!

We specifically chose this school for the Christian curriculum, academics, location, and athletics. We moved here from out of state and are used to common core public schools. The teachers here are well knowledgeable in their fields and have been teachers for many years. They really love their subject. I love the Be-Your-Student night (MSHS) where you get to sit in your students shoes and walk through their classes and hear their teachers teach a little. There's a lot of school spirit. I have 4 students enrolled. I feel they've made lifelong friends. I've connected with parents. All 4 of my kids are in sports and they enjoy it. The middle school and elementary sports are all ran by volunteer parent coaches. The parents that want to be involved in their students' school life have many opportunities to volunteer. I wish we would've moved here sooner so the kids could've started earlier. This is the best environment you can provide for your student. It takes the parents partnering with the school and their Church to provide a well-rounded environment for the students. If you lack in one area, you have failed your student. It starts at home. Are you intentional in leading your kids well? Would your kids say so?

Our experience with Rejoice school was not really womderful at all. First we enrolled our 4 year old daughter on dec. We got scheduled for her assesement on june 12. Nobody told us that this assessment have a chance of denial. What they just told us was this is to evaluate if she can mingle other kids and see if it would fit her to go for k4 or k3. So that gave us peace of mind. After the 30 to 45 minutes of assessement. They said they will call us about the result in 1 to 2 weeks. Long story short we receive a phone call from what we thought was the principal. She told us that my kid cant go to k3 because of her height and age. (That was different from what they said on the day of the assessment). You see how we were getting inconsistent informations here. This school is very unChristlike. They said that my kid cannot draw a triangle or a square. I checked the developmental age milestone for drawing a triangle its not until 5. My kid can draw a square but still curving which is normal for her age. She can also count, name animals. She knows number by figure. She can read letters too. She can also colors inside the line, bathroom independent. My point is if they standard for k4 is ridiculously high they should've assess the kid before charging all those fees that are non refundable. They gave us few more weeks to have another assessement and we initially agreed however we later on we decided to pull out because as we found a lot of negative reviews here. We realized this is not the school for my daughter. So we were told according to their financial policy of you pull out you will be responsible for the month ahead. So we will be paying til july for another $350.

There are significant issues at this school which is why many families who’ve been there for several years are leaving or are planning to leave. There is teacher bullying. Apparently they are okay with teachers emotionally abusing students. You’d expect less bullying at a private Christian school, but there is a big issue with student bullying. Please reference the recent lawsuit filed against them. If you have an issue, you are supposed to pray about it and not discuss it. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR KID. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM. Many of their teachers are not certified to teach in the state of Oklahoma (you can look them up). The school is accredited by ACSI, a Christian accreditation. When you look up the requirements for ACSI, it’s laughable. Do your homework on this. There are staff at this school in positions they are not qualified for including leadership positions. They do not value their families and teachers. It is the most unchristian like Christian school there is. There are many other great public and private school options out there. Beware.

We moved here from Minnesota and our daughter was new to Rejoice last year. The students and staff were very welcoming. The school counselor worked with us closely to ensure our daughter was enrolled in classes that would be enjoyable and challenging at the same time. Our daughter has made friends and is doing well in her classes. We have been so impressed with all the opportunities there are for the students to engage inside and outside of the classroom. We wish we had moved here a lot sooner so all of our kids could have attended Rejoice.

If I could give zero stars I would. I enrolled my children and they were rejected without a cause. They weren't allowed to take the placement test I paid for. This is a very unchristlike school. I would love to have my money back. I don't throw it away for free!

We love Rejoice! Our family has found our home here! This is our fourth school year here and we love this community. We have had kids in the elementary, middle school, and now the high school! We love no uniforms in a safe school that provides spiritual growth, and encourages their students and staff to love others and do good! I love that our kids have a chance in this small, close knit environment, to participate in sports, the arts, and more without needing to be the best in the state to get a spot on the team or a get part in a play. Extracurricular activities at Rejoice encapsulate what school is supposed to be, the place for kids and teens to learn and experience new things by stepping out of their comfort zone and surprising themselves with what they can accomplish! We are raising amazing, unique, and kind humans together as a team! Our Rejoice students are making the world a better place! Thank you, RCS!

Wonderful! I highly recommend this school. The school has a focus on teaching a Biblical worldview, character development, and excellence. We came from another state and public education. Unfortunately, we did not experience character development or excellence in public education. The school provides a safe environment for children. Tornado shelters, security, and fostering a caring environment are just some ways they provide a safe environment. The teachers and leaders are there to help children learn and grow in their faith. The curriculum is challenging, but there are many resources to help children succeed. As one parent said, “Rejoice is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside.” I am very grateful my boys attend Rejoice!

I am often asked what I love about Rejoice. Every single child is genuinely cared for by every staff member. They teach godly character and biblical value. I don’t have to worry about worldly agendas being pressed on my child. They simply get to be a kid and learn and they get the opportunity to have a lot of fun while learning. My child has been here for three years and we plan to finish his education there. I really don’t have anything bad to say. It feels like a really compassionate community, including other parents and the staff. They offer amazing programs for sports and extra curricular activities. Eagle pride is genuine!

This is the first time in the last 20 years that we haven’t had a child at Rejoice Christian School. Our youngest daughter graduated last May. Both daughters attended from pre 3 thru 12th grade. They both were very involved in extracurricular activities and flourished there. Aside from marrying my wonderful wife, enrolling our children there was the best decision of my life.

Moved to the area and had our elementary aged kids attend. Poor decision - there is bullying and the teachers don’t even let you know. We had to find a letter written to my son where the teacher had the student “apologize” on a piece of paper for pulling my sons hair… The politics are ridiculous and coaches kids get to basically do as they please… my daughter had a few rough days where she would end up with a counselor crying and NO ONE let me know, until I had to find out first hand…. Also, the teachers try on a daily basis to get the parents to medicate your children with Adderall, stating they are a “problematic child”…. I don’t recommend this school to my worst enemies. Only positive it the security on campus….

if i could rate it a zero i would. environment is absolutely awful and the staff cares more about dresscode then providing a safe and fun environment for the students. Some teachers take months to put in one test grade but assign homework every night along with the assignment they assign for “in class”. Rejoice lacks greatly in the mathematics department and there is only one good teacher that you would be lucky to get in 8th grade, the others however do not teach and become extremely upset when a student expresses that they are confused. Overall would rate my experience as a 0 and I will have to live with the fact of how much different and positive my high school experience would’ve been if I had never chosen rejoice.

The environment at rejoice was awful. When I was in attendance there, I constantly felt pressure and judgment from every angle--both from the other students and from the staff. I had some great teachers, but the overall stance of the school always felt uncomfortably controlling and judgemental. I was under constant anxiety for years because it was painfully apparent to me that the school as a whole did not care about me; they only wanted me to conform to their ideal of what a good student and a good Christian should be, regardless of the many different ways those things can present themselves. They've always claimed to be a safe space, but there is no safety for those of us who do not or cannot fit their ideal.

Rejoice Christian School has been great for our two kids. The teachers and staff are wonderful to partner with parents to teach our children strong Biblical and academic truths.

My children attended Rejoice for 13 years. I cannot express how much our family has benefited from the relationships we have had with the teachers, coaches, and staff during our time at Rejoice. My children and I have been truly blessed to have the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful school. I would highly recommend Rejoice to other parents.

My students have been educated here since early childhood. I feel very blessed that they are part of a community of intentional prayer warriors, educating in Absolute Truth, who care about their spiritual development as much as academic/social. Compared to neighboring private, Christian schools I have visited, RCS has the strongest, holistic program.

My children have been at Rejoice for 14 years, and this school continues to exceed my expectations for them spiritually and academically. The teachers, staff and overall school experience have been a blessing to our family.
