Adminstration is awful. Does not support teachers.

Eagle's Nest Elementary is a dangerous place. Discipline and safety problems are an epidemic, and ignored. Most teachers won't do anything and those that do get no help from the administration. Teachers that complain, get bullied by the administration. Kids can't learn because they are constantly worrying about bullies. With so many other school options this school has become a school of the leftovers, leftover students, leftover teachers and leftover administration. Many of the teachers are not even certified teachers. Look up "Teach for America."

Parent involvement is not encouraged in this school. Any school that discourages parental involvement will not be successful. The teachers do yell at the students. Other than the office, the upkeep of the school is not good. Parental perspective is important being that administration can not see everything, this school does value parental perspective.
