Carver middle school... Has to be the worst school i have ever been in. They suspend people for dumb reasons. Like someone was about to get suspend because they were mumbling. Yea no joke they were MUMBLING and whenever someone is getting bullied the teacher don't care. BUTT if the person who is GETTING bullied fighting back NOW THEY LOOK. And they always promise stuff that like never happens. They act like they don't know their school is bad its is like a prison. No one ever deserves to have to be here. Carver middle school is horrible.. And the learning is kinda decent like a 3/10 because there was a teacher that did not ever TEACH they would always leave a sub and the students have NO idea what to do but the teacher tells them but all we do is listen to people online and ofc we don't cuz the vids be like 15 mins - 30 mins. But the teachers are not bad but i am telling you the students ARE ITS ALWAYS FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! DONT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. YOU ARE WARNED..

My Experience has been a bumpy road but overall, this school offers something that no other school has. You might think the kids are bad maybe horrible even and that they might not be good in sports or there's no commitment, but you can be surprised of how good the kids soccer team or any other sports team that carver students are in. For example the carver adolescents was the first soccer team to score on this one team this year 2018 , these kids are surprisingly good in everything someone might have to offer.

Having read thru the reviews of previous reviewers, I could not agree more. For want of appropriate word, I would describe carver middle school as a correctional facility. kids are sent out of class for hours , place on in-house suspension, or send out of school over frivolities..More emphasis seems to be given to "discipline" than learning. I am not surprise that the school is a "D" school by FCAT performance. And I add in all other areas as well. Carver middle school needs complete overhauling staffwise as well as infrastructure. Thereare questions that bug me : why is carver middle school 100% black in both staff and students? Where are the white kids living in the school zone. What school do they go to? Or is this a form of racial segregation. Why has the Orange County Authority neglected the school? Why have they turn deaf ears to all the complains about the school? I need answers.

This school is like any other school it has a place where kids could learn educational stuff. You might hear some bad rumors about Carver Middle School and think it's true but it's not. For example, people might hear that Carver is a school where kids fight a lot, but it isn't true I mean only a few kids might fight but not all kids fight. That is the same with other schools. The teachers at Carver teach all kinds of stuff that helps kids understand that subject. Carver is the oldest school standing in Orange County Public School an yet it is still standing, because of the hardwork that the staff and students of Carver put in everyday Carver can be a great school. Carver might be old but it doesn't matter if it is old it only matters about the education, I mean what do parents send their kids to school for. Education, right?

The kids in this school district are already dealing with alot with the neighborhood that is rough and unsafe.. then they attend this school to get an education with a few teachers, that are just there for the paycheck and dont teach the kids anything... For example, a teacher that is going to tell one of his students that he is going to throw her belongings in the trash in front of the entire class, doesn't inspire any of the qualities a teacher is suppose to be... Great job , for displaying just what you are... Bullies that enforce holding kids back from reaching their true potential because you instill fear not encouragement, distrust instead of faith, neglect instead of support .. doubt instead of confidence... within your student... How are they suppose to become law binding citizens when all you teach them are the negatives.... " Lead by example"

Horrible school. You would not learn a thing from being with teachers who just cares about getting paid, also teachers do not care about students because they know that since this is a bad school anyway the state would not be surprised by the students performance. Just HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PARENTS TO BRING THEIR STUDENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carver Middle School is a phenomenal school I attended the school from 6-8th grade and learned a lot from the time spent there. The school has some great programs and is filled with some of the most amazing teachers and staff who are truly devoted in helping children achieve. I do agree that there punishment for not obeying dress code and other requirements where a little ridiculous but there was good intentions behind it. I can say those rules have truly prepared me for high school. Every school has its problems and Carver is no different it has its share of good and bad things.
