If your child is black or mixed avoid this school if you can. When major concerns are brought up nothing is done about it. No matter how much you complain and go off. Unfortunately this is the only school in this area for my kids and I wish it wasn’t. Instead of this town building new apartment buildings they need to build another school that’s diverse and is an actual anti bully school. I cry for my kids every day because of what they endure going here. My kids aren’t the only ones but I’m the one that doesn’t play about mine. I thought the principal was better than that but I was definitely wrong for thinking that. I should have known better. If I could remove my kids from Hamilton District completely I would.

As a parent when you ask your child what they learned in school that day, you hope to hear your child say something to do with english or history perhaps. When my kids were at Wolftever Creek Elementary I would hear all about my kids teachers divorce drama, I’ll spare the details! That an elderly man ran her over in the Wal Mart parking lot, about the teachers crush on another married teacher at the school, I could go on and on. Basically anything but school related material . It was a rough year to say the least. Oh and when I asked for a parent teacher conference this particular teachers response to me via text which I still have in my phone all this time later was basically, “she’s too busy”. Classy!

Since moving my daughter to this school I’ve had so many issues. The office do not have their stuff together, they sent home a letter saying my daughter had missed 3 days of school and that I would be under review if she missed any more. She had only missed one day. Went to the office and they did nothing but get an attitude with me rather than figure out when their own student was at school and wasn’t. Ridiculous!

We LOVE Wolftever! We came from a much bigger school in the area and felt like our kids were being wrangled like animals. Wolftever is completely different! My daughter's favorite thing about Wolftever is that she hears every single day that she is loved. We are thrilled about the new Leader in Me program being rolled out this month. Wolftever has already demonstrated a focus on emotional intelligence over hammering academics down children's throats in a way that says their test scores are more important than they are, but with this new program, I see an even greater focus on showing children that their value and purpose goes far beyond a test score. My son went from hating school to loving it because of his amazing teacher. I cannot recommend Wolftever highly enough! It is a hidden gem in Ooltewah and the surrounding area.

My children love this school. The teachers and staff are excellent. I love the current principal, she is wonderful and so involved. They really care about my kids.

We love Wolftever! My child loves going to school everyday. He loves his teachers and all of his friends. Academically he has advanced beyond my expectations. The school grounds could use some refreshing but dont let the fool you. I could not be more pleased with the quality of education he recieves.

Great changes are here!!! We have a new principal, teachers and faculty this year!!! So excited about the changes that have been made, with lots more to come. After a horrible last year, we are looking forward to a great year!
