Madison Place is a great school overall. The principal and staff (for the most part) are fantastic. The few downsides we had were some bad teachers. I know the principal does his best, but some teachers just need some updated training on how to interact with students. A number of them have been teaching for a long time and deal with issues and even teach in an "old school" way. Many of our best experiences have come from the newer teachers. I will say, too, that every issue I've brought up with the principal has been addressed.

I am so thankful for this school! I've had 2 kids go through here and with the exception of a couple of bad teachers, they've overall had a great experience. Also, this school would not be the same without the amazing principal and the community he cultivates.

We love MP and the schools our neighborhood feed into. They have handled many hardships with such grace. Both my kids look forward to school. Staff embraces parent support and seem to always adult teaching to student needs. Many families move from 3br to 4-5 br within the neighborhood as their family grows to stay in this school! (that alone says a lot!!). We love our MP community!

We have two kids, one currently enrolled at Madison Place and another who is now in middle school but went to Madison Place from 1st-5th grade. We love this school and the community. The principal is so amazing and kind as well as all of the staff and teachers. You can tell the culture at this school is one of love, trust and respect. Even through the challenges faced through the pandemic we always felt supported and that the communication here is always a priority. I definitely recommend Madison Place!!

My daughter has been going here for 18 months and every staff member we've encountered has been amazing and very supportive. They have tons of activities that run for a few weeks or all year, and you can tell that each staff is invested in the well-being of your child, and not just academically. Nurse Jennifer Cassin is simply a wonderful soul and Dr. Stevenson really is involved everywhere, even greeting the children every morning by helping with drop off. He always starts their day with a warm smile and he genuinely cares about each and every student. Mrs. Nguyen is so sweet and pushes my child to challenge herself, and her 4th grade teacher Ms. Millhuff really bonded with my daughter. It's on the edge of the country, so it maintains that small town feel. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We transferred from Oak Park Carpenter huge mistake. Since the transfer my students grades have dropped and they are less involved in school activities and are struggling to make friends. The teacher have done little to assist my children in adapting to the new school.

This is an outstanding school and I attribute a great deal of its success to the principal Dr. Stevenson. He knows every one of the children and parents by name and treats all of the children with respect and compassion. The teachers are also excellent for the most part. We are in the process of relocating and it breaks my heart that we are going to leave this school.

Our family loves Madison Place! All the faculty and staff are warm, friendly, and professional. The principal, Dr. Stevenson, is incredibly personable. Everything is very well organized and runs smoothly.

My son has attended Madison Place since Kindergarten and is now in 4th grade. All five of his teachers have been exemplary, as are the rest of the faculty and staff. I simply cannot imagine a better principal than Dr. Stevenson. He is responsible and attentive yet warm and fun. This school treats parents with respect while maintaining appropriate boundaries. The facility is very nice and well maintained. We love Madison Place and couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our children have attended this school since it opened and we have had nothing but good experiences! I can't say enough good things about the principal. He's involved, caring, educated, and a very hard worker. I think he's done a wonderful job of hiring great teachers for our kids. I love it here!

We have had a very positive experience this year. I am shocked at the negative post. It would be nice to know why the parent felt the way they did and if they brought it to the attention of the principal. It has been my understanding and personal experience that the school has been very good at dealing and resolving any issues that may arise. The principal and the teacher that we have currently have been very helpful at resolving any concern or issue that we have had come up.
