ITMS Cougars are the best! I can’t put in words how great the staff is! This year we got a new principal! Mr. Barackman is the best! We also got a new assistant principal her name is Mrs. Snyder! We also have a therapy dog this year. His name is Cooper, he is Mrs. Snyder’s dog! Everyone at ITMS looks forward to coming to school. Not just to see friends and Cooper but to see the staff. Most of the students at ITMS said that they don’t see the staff and people at ITMS as staff or students anymore. They see them as family and friends! At ITMS if there is anything you need to tell someone there is always someone to talk to and there is always someone who will listen. I can’t imagine a school better than ITMS! You can’t get much better than what they have! We get new students at least once a month and they have friends within an hour. If you need a school think about going to ITMS! WE AER PROUD TO BE THE COUGARS!!

My son goes to this school and it is the best so far compared to where we moved from.I made the right choice moving close to this middle school .

I see that there has not been a review for Indian Trail in a couple of years. I felt the need to write one and let parents and students know what ind of a wonderful atmosphere this school has.My son had been going there for 3 years, he is now in his first year of high school. It is FANTASTIC school! ALL of his teachers were amazing. Every single one. They helped him when he needed it before and after school, ALWAYS. They are quick responding to all emails, and anything we had questions about. They are kind and considerate and some of the male teachers were the first he ever had. They were amazing role models for him, he thinks highly of them still and as a matter of fact we are going back to visit them at my sons request today. My son left, as a straight A student, all three years.I can't even say enough about our time there. My son loved this school and his time there. This school is a gem, and consider yourself lucky if your child gets to attend IT!

I have never been to this school, but I know it is in a great area and the surrounding schools are awesome as well. I just wanted to see if any nit-wit like myself can post something mean spirited on this site with no accountability. Looks like you can, which is unfortunate.

Terrible school. Terrible staff. Terrible students. Big drug & violence problems. Staff is unfair and overall just rude. Mrs.Phillips is a horrible principal. I can't even put into words how terrible this school is.

I go to Indian trail .... We'll almost I'm going into sixth grade and I was scared at first and middle school is scary but Indian trail and it's staff made me feel at home when we went to check out the school so in my opinion Indian trail is the best middle school in Johnson county (that's public)
