our kindergarten student for calendar year 2015 is loving the experience at this school. Her teacher Ms Lopez clearly enjoys her position and my child cannot wait to get to class!!

Moes as they like to call this school is horrible ! The principal has a complex and thinks he's better then most women and even threatened to take my childs speech and language from him last year. This year its worse then it was last year. I dont believe most of the teachers working there want to do their job, they expect the parents to do it for them. You have teachers that take books away from students their reason well if they cant write it down the way I want it then they meaning the students dont need the books. I have a hearing impaired child and their teacher called him one of those children. Since this principle has come to this school it has gone from a school that cares to a school where no one cares and dont want to do their job. My children will be removed from this school asap.

Horrible. The administration has little to no respect for the families. Our child has never been in trouble in school, but today at orientation we were threatened by the administration. We are a non- traditional family. The school cares nothing about this. The only saving grace is that our son had a great teacher last year ( she moved to a new school) and he appears to have good teacher this year. If you can get by never needing or speaking to the administration, you'll be fine.

Sadly, the Principal and Vice Principal that were dearly loved were moved to another school over the summer of 2013. The attitude of the school staff is no longer pleasant and energetic. There is almost no parent teacher communication anymore unless the teachers or principal are scolding parents. Every time we have made an effort to reach out regarding our children we are treated with complete disregard. Since the new principal has been introduced our correspondences have been ignored, and the quality of our children's education has visibly declined, and the staff seem to want us to do their job and then get of of their way. Nobody seems to want to help children at that school anymore. It breaks my heart because we loved this school so much but it has changed drastically for the worst. We won't be allowing our children to attend MOES next year.

Wonderful!!! Moes ( Marion Oaks Elementary) has been so impressive and this is only the 2nd year that this school has been open. My son attended kindergarten last year and had a wonderful experience, and is already enjoying the 1st grade; which just got under way. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I have to say, being the parent of another child who attends Madison Street ( which is a magnet school ) I am as, if not more impressed with MOES.
