Belleview high school has progressively gotten more authoritarian since I've attended. The staff treat the students like livestock to herd to their next classes. The school models a society in which students have three options: enrollment, employment, or enlistment. The police presence on campus has tripled since 2020. Some teachers are really good but most see their career as a job to bully children as opposed to nurturing the next generation to be active citizens. This school criminalizes 'problem students' instead of providing them resources to be successful. There is a separate gifted curriculum that the school grooms for college while preparing the rest to be wage slaves.

Awful school, I want to take my student to enroll, the counselor had an attitude the entire time, then when I told her that we would find a different school, she had child protective services sent to my house with the information that I gave her to enroll but Since I canceled enrolling they should not have looked at that information, Anyways now my son is forced to go to that school and he does not learn anything the teachers do not care and do not try and the entire staff has a major attitude problem and if you look it up the school is known for being infested with bats they were supposed to fix it but they never did and probably never will.

I am a graduate of Belleview High School. I graduated with the AICE Diploma. After several years of advanced sciences and mathematics, including but not limited to Microbiology, Engineering, Calculus, Physics, and Genetics, I can say that the AICE Diploma prepared me for college and graduate school. The coursework provided with this honors program is on point and the curriculum accurately prepares a student for adult university life. I was accepted into UCF on my first try and had no hesitations. I would greatly recommend that, should your son or daughter attend BHS, push them to enlist for the AICE program. The teachers, staff, and curriculum itself will better prepare you for a better, brighter future.
