I love this school. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. This is the second elementary schools in the county and I wouldn’t change it. They are full of awesome staff from the office to the classrooms to outside the classrooms. Thank you for all you do Shady Hill Staff

Excellent school. My daughter loves it there, and our experiences have been overwhelmingly positive.

My boys love it here. Teachers are nice, caring and friendly. Principal Mr. Bennett is the best he knows the kids by name. He truly makes the effort to know his students and parents. The staff works as a team they are very organized.

My son has attended this school for 4 years now it is a fabulous school. He needed extra help with his reading due to an eye condition and the teachers worked with him to get him up to speed over a period of two years. I would recommend this school to any parents looking for placement. The PTA here is fabulous they do such great work at this school. The staff here are top notch.

I love this school. My child has attended this school for a few years and I can proudly say, this is one of the best elementary schools in the county. It's like a private school, without the tuition fees.

I attended this school 1998-2004, K-5. I remember, quite distinctly, being terrified my first day of Kindergarten, but I suppose that's expected. I loved it otherwise, and have very fond memories of the field trips, friends I made, and the school itself. I hope not too much has changed, because children deserve to enjoy the experience I did. This school was a big part of my childhood (a period of time I often miss) and was, coincidentally, the only school that I didn't hate going to. I can't speak for everyone of course, but, to any parents wondering where to send their children to begin their career as a student, I'll bet many of them will eventually be grateful that you chose Shady Hill.
