In our experience teachers do not challenge the students. New principal is overbearing and egotistical and difficult to work with! Teaching methods are lackluster and as old as the school itself.

Great school! We have great public school options in the area and for families to choose St Clare as a private school option speaks volumes to the rigorous academics and extracurricular activities. We have been extremely happy with the school and faculty!

The pastors, principal, faculty and staff at St. Clare School are amazing! They truly care about the students. The parent involvement is outstanding! They participate in every aspect of the children's education. Study skills and organizational skills are worked into the curriculum and the religious instruction is invaluable!

Our school, the principal, faculty and staff at St. Clare School are amazing. Our new facility expansion will be open in April 2013 and we can't wait to see the dreams of so many who support our school realized with this addition. We are proud our catholic education system in O'Fallon offers not just a safe and faith filled environment, but that our students are so well prepared for the challenges that face students as they enter high school. With children in St. Clare's preschool and a second grade, we are so pleased with the progress and the relationships the teachers have forged with not only with the girls but also with us. We are always welcome in their classes and that means a lot. With possible future cuts in the public school, St. Clare offers our kids the ability to learn the arts, grow in their faith, excel in academics and really have a well rounded experience. Could not ask for more.

When my 5th grader was about to enter Kindergarten I wasn t sure I liked the idea of mixing religion with education and kids in uniforms. We decided to tour the school back then and we really liked the faculty and students. I now have three children attending St. Clare and our experience has been wonderful. Every year my kids get caring, dedicated teachers who really challenge them. The school makes you feel like you are part of a family that cares about how well your children are succeeding. Religion is a part of the curriculum and it has enriched my children s lives. Every day they are inspired to make their world a better place through things like contributing to a food drive at school for the food pantry or by simply being kind to others. The uniforms, by the way, turned out to be a fantastic idea. They make my life much easier as a parent and it is one less thing my kids need to worry about. They can focus on learning. If I knew then what I know now about St. Clare School I would not have hesitated enrolling my Kindergartener. It has been a great experience and I know my children will be well prepared for high school!

My kids attended St. Clare before we moved. They now attend another Catholic grade school. St. Clare's teachers and staff are very good and really teach the children the skills they need to know. My kids were well prepared for their new school. My kids always talk about St. Clare with their new friends and what a great school it is.

We are almost through my 2nd grader's first - and last - year at St. Clare. It has been a difficult year, as they move very slowly through the curriculum and their teaching methods seem to be as old as the building. We have found the faculty and administration unwilling to work with us to keep our child challenged in the classroom - even just helping us with work we can do at home.

My daughter is in second grade and has attended St. Clare since Kindergarten. So far I am pleased with her academic skills and Catholic education. She has had very loving, caring teachers and developed wonderful phonics skills. Her class size in Kindergarten was 14 and has since been 20-21 kids. There is a sense of community and caring at St. Clare.
