LGA is such a beautiful school for the children and the families. My 3 kids are very different in their learning styles/abilities and each received the accommodations they needed to flourish at LGA and in middle school. The teachers are genuinely engaged with each student and each family, and really love each child in a very personalized way. I am so delighted that each of my children has been able to experience the LGA magic and I wholeheartedly recommend this school.

LGA is such a warm and loving school! Over the past few years they've responded to the need for more student support services and now have a Director of Student Support and an Academic Coordinator. We were able to get help (and advocacy) from the Director of Student Support so that we were able to get some needed educational testing done for our child from our home school district. Also, it's been nice as a parent to be able to make a lot of great friends and connections just by hanging out on the playground after school. It's a super sweet place.

My kids wake up and look forward to going to school at LGA. They are treated as scholars and expected to engage with the material in such respectful ways. We love that as parents we can join them twice at week--at the start and end for music and blessings. The students are unbelievably kind to each other and the teachers are top notch. Wish it went through middle-school!

I sent my twins to LGA and it was the best decision we have made. The financial aid made it possible. The teachers are like family and the community of families and friends made the place like home. Learning is engaging. The new special education teacher is making a huge difference in the socio-emotional and learning support. As a Jew in the Valley, I cannot imagine sending my kids anywhere else.

Feel misled from administrators on supports services in younger grades on what teachers are able to do. Great school academically and a nice community, but not geared towards kids that need a lot of academic help or have behaviorial issues.

The school is great for kids that are academic oriented and need no more than mild support services. This review has a rating of two because the support services for reading, emotional, and behavorial supports are very lacking for moderate to severe issues. Most staff are not adequately trained in these areas and some classes can be chaotic and difficult for some kids because of this. We feel somewhat misled during our interview.

Our experience so far has been amazing. The small class sizes at LGA guarantee that my daughter is being taught at exactly her level. She is being encouraged to think analytically, work in groups, and learn through play. We read a book together at bedtime last night and I was so impressed with how far along she has come. I am so grateful every day for LGA.

Wonderful Staff. Delightful to work with. They have an absolute passion within their industry. I am happy to have crossed paths with LGA. Thank You for the chance to have met a business today with an old fashioned desire for goodness and worth. I have enjoyed every minute of knowing you. -Kristin Vit

so glad that terrible principal is gone. he was awful and mean to a single parent family. very unloving. new families should be treated with kindness at all times. sad this school was so unwelcoming.

I've been so pleased with my children's experience at LGA. The teachers are engaged and enthusiastic, the community is warm and accepting, and the kids are stimulated and challenged. As we get ready to go in the mornings, my older kid often announces, "I love school." That's what it comes down to.
