I think that Liberty Classical Academy is an excellent place for young children. They have an incredible program for young children, however, I do not believe they qualify for middle and high school. It's not the fact that the school is running out of a gas station, or that it's too small, but the leadership and Christianity here are so disappointing. I just graduated from here, and in the process of applying to colleges, I was completely ignored and missed out on so many scholarship opportunities. I was also constantly begging the staff to help me but got zero support throughout my entire senior year. The entire atmosphere is dysfunctional and unorganized which makes learning so difficult. My younger brother who has a minor disability was bullied here, and when my family asked Renee to do something about it she did nothing. He never felt so sad in his life, and I have never seen him happier going to public school. When I was going through a hardship in my personal life, Renee Miller made it her business to spread the news across the school board, and to cause strife in my family life, which ultimately caused me to grow very distant from my family. Not only did I become distant from my family, but grew so distant from God. There were only one or two staff members who set Christ-like examples, but LCA should not call itself a Christian school. I was constantly put down and shamed by several staff members. I think that arrogance and pride are causing so much destruction here. There's a severe lack of compassion. I never felt so alone in this part of my life. The staff enhanced my trials. At graduation, I was ignored my most of the staff, while most of the attention fell on their children who were graduating. My senior year was challenging, but I decided to do the umbrella program to get away from the school and I got to travel monthly, finding my relationship with God again, and myself. I definitely have trauma from attending high school here. Everything went wrong, and I am not biased, this is simply my experience here. I originally came to this school to grow closer to God, and ultimately almost lost my faith. I highly recommend that high schoolers and middle schoolers avoid this school. It caused too much harm in chaos in so many lives.

Our family loves this School (now named Liberty Classical Academy). Our children are spoken of very highly of by every adult they meet and it's in large part to the excellent staff and opportunities provided at LCA.

This is the first school I actually enjoy going to. I grew up in public school but these people teach you how to learn not what learn.

I am the grandparent of three of the Garden School Graduates. All three had a difficult time in public school. They "bloomed" in the atmosphere of Dave Miller and his school. They received an education that was well rounded and classical, something the public schools rarely offer today. Mr. Miller always shaped the curriculum to suit the interest of the student. I would highly recommend the Garden School to everyone.

I am a parent of two children currently enrolled at The Garden School. Our family loves the community aspect and always feels that our needs and concerns are being met. The teachers are dynamic and recognize the individual talents and gifts each child brings to the classroom and the school community. An added benefit is the science curriculum integrated into the regular school schedule. The Director is always approachable and readily available. I am strongly convicted by the Classical curriculum approach because it gives my children the tools they need to think for themselves and have healthy rational conversations with other people.

In an era where we are taught and told what to think, this school stands out in the classical model teaching our children how to think and discern the truths of the world for themselves.

My children go to school here so perhaps I am a bit biased but this school has been a great fit for our family. We primarily homeschool but our children go here twice a week. This school is not a fit for everyone, you must put the majority of the work in at home. However, my children have gained confidence by learning how to think and not what to think. The students learn how to speak to their peers and adults with truth and beauty. The sclhool's curricula is based on Classical Christian eduation. Students develop a hunger and love for learning because they are motivated by great thinkers ,leaders and beauty. And the bible! Parent involvement is vital and you have a voice. The director is approachable, dynamic and encourages family imput. They offer science and dance on Wednesdays.
