On the one hand, the teachers are kind and nurturing (especially Mrs. Schulze) and display great integrity (especially Mr. Rigney). It is a very safe school, without many of the concerns at other, larger schools (such as drugs, sex, bullying and violence.) On the other hand, the leadership is destroying the school with its unfair bias to donor families, unbelievable nepotism (half the staff is related to the principal), and poor treatment of staff not related to the principal or her husband (who also works there). They have lost more than 20 employees since we've been there, and enrollment is going down, not up. It's basically a safe place for students, where families who donate money to the school can receive special treatment, and where people who are related to (or are previous friends of) the principal can run the school.
