my sister got bullied at this school and none of the staff helped her. She told a sub during spanish, but she said the sub ignored her and just scrolled through her phone. When she told another staff, the staff tried to talk things out and try to make them friends instead of calling the girl’s parents or giving her a punishment. They keep talking about preventing bullying, but the only thing are doing to “prevent” it is to make the bully apologize and shake hands instead of actually doing something..

One of the best schools in NJ... The negative things people are stating about this school exist in all schools at any time... Overall the diversity, environment and teachers are amazing...

Campbell is a great school with great teachers! The PTO is very involved and the teachers and principal respond to and listen to my concerns when I have them. My daughter has really excelled there and continues to want to go to Campbell and has no problem making friends. I really like the other parents and all the activities, clubs and effort the community puts into making Campbell great!

Considering this school is against bullying, they should take a look into the "true bullys" of the school. Principal leaves much less to be desired. The teachers are miserable and everyone is ecstatic to leaveAs a parent, I can truly see the bullying environment not only for students but for teachers alike.Move, or send your child to private school. Ecstatic to say we are moving out of Metuchen!

My Daughter was treated absolutely horribly at this school. If you have a child with a learning disability, run as fast as you can out of town. The Child Study Team is pathetic and could care less about the students..

My daughter has been a student at Campbell school for the past two years. She has had engaging, challenging teachers who truly care. The principal is fairly new (since 2014) and is dynamic, commanding respect and love from the students. I am an educator who has worked in many different schools and truly think this is a great place. Compared to other elementary schools in neighboring towns, this school is not crowded. Active PTO that provides a lot of support to the school.

This school is a joke. I would move out of this beat town but my husband likes it here. The teachers are here just to collect a paycheck. None of them care about the children. Children are running around like zoo animals, while they should be standing on line in the morning. I agree with the previous review, i am from a near by town...these kids are years behind. So shocking and disappointing.

Schooling Campbell is just so-so. I feel that the kids are behind compared to other schools in the area. Also, too loose with discipline. They don't seem to have control of kids with behavioral problems. Find the teachers we've had as kind of uninterested. It seems that parents kind of just drop off and pick up. There is no sense of community. One bright spot is the new Principal is good, but I'm not a fan of this school.
