    The School I am interested in receiving information on is Meeker Elementary School in Meeker, Co. I see one review of 2 stars on the school as a whole, 3 on teacher quality and 5 on parent involvement. I have a grandaughter entering 4th grade this yr. Our Son, a single father who shares custody with her mom, every other week if the ONLY one to receive info regarding her class, education, upcoming activities, etc. , after SEVERAL requests for that info from him . This has been the custody agreement for 7 yrs., he is the custodial parent. So, effort being made on behalf of him as he had an accident and had his leg amputated this year, for us...Grandparents, to help keep up with requirements regarding her class . Thank you in advance for any help you are able to give as we have MANY issues with the entire Meeker School District as a whole.

    Two of our children attend MES and unfortunately we've decided to home school due to lack of quality education. It says a lot when MANY parents are choosing to educate their children themselves rather than enroll them in the public school.
