    This school has great teachers, but is not what it used to be. District has shifted children around within the district and changed the school dynamics.

    Malta is a great school with great staff, families and students that are all working together for the best interest of the students!

    We recently moved to the DeKalb school district and my six year old is now attending Malta Elementary. This school is absolutely the best all ways around! They have great student teacher ratios, a hands-on principle, and fantastic curriculum. The kids are close-knit due to lower population which works out well for my daughter. My daughter has improved her reading and math skills significantly since attending this school. I would recommend this school to anyone!

    Safety and learning are top priorities at Malta. My children have done very well academically.
