The best school I’ve ever encountered. From the teachers to cafe workers to bus drivers to counselors to admin etc…. All amazing people who Truly care about each student there!

My children love this school. They started EBES last year and have absolutely had the best time learning. The teachers and staff at this school are amazing. This school truly cares about you children, there well being and there academic success. If your child is failing then the teachers really feel they are to, and set up the best plan possible to help them succeed. We could not be more grateful to be apart of such a great school.

Edward Best is the BEST school in NC. The teachers and staff treat every child with respect and are so warm and inviting to the children and parents. 3 of my children attended Edward Best until we had to relocate. It was a heart breaking day for our family to have to say goodbye to the kindest school family anyone could ask for. The teachers are all amazing and really put their heart into your child. If your child is failing, they are failing as well and will do everything they can to remedy the situation and offer extra support. If you have a child that is in EC, this is where you want to be.... Mrs.Greene and Ms.Jones are two amazing women. We miss them more and more everyday. The staff at Edward best is irreplaceable . Your child will have the best education in a small town setting here. You can not ask for a better school !

Not a great school if you have a special needs child. Look for ratios of suspended kids with special needs compared to state average
