My son is in the preschool program and has been thriving. He is getting great support and access to additional services. He loves going to school and I have seen an overall major improvement in his academic and social progress attending this school.

My children have attended Trevilians Elementary and I must say I am apauled by the lack of professionalism from teachers are this school. My current student at this school is constantly critiqued and picked on by teachers as well as other students. I recently witnessed the bullying issue which happened right in from of me. The school does nothing about it and the current teachers just continue to snicker behind people's backs and attempt to embarrass people to make themselves look good. This school needs a thorough housecleaning effort to remove these problem teachers. I plea to all other parents out there, if you are able to take your child to another school, please do so!

BEWARE!!! Bullying is a very real and dangerous problem at this school. My children are not fighters, nor should they need to be. When they asked for help, they were "tattling". I went to the principal and even higher, but nothing changed. Finally, I had to pull both of my children out because they just weren't safe attending this school. One particular bully even shoved my daughter's desk into her ribs, leaving her bruised. When she cried and asked the teacher to help her, the teacher told her she was "tattling again" and if she wasn't bleeding then she wasn't really hurt.

I am a parent of two kids at Trevelian elementary school. This is the first year in which i feel an elementary atmosphere in the school. I volunteer (not as much as i would like to) and I agree with a previous post about how positive Mrs. Hutson is with the teachers and students. My two just love her and the teachers are always talking about what a change she has brought. As for the vice principal, I have not had any interactions with her but my two are not fond of her for whatever reason and say they never see her. As for the teachers, I am super happy with them and haven't seen them this happy in years. I have noticed a focus on parent and teacher communication this year. The school food is pretty good too my kids say. Trevelians is finally going places
