This is a very good school for kids who can benefit from small class sizes. My son likes it very much. It's WASC accredited and became a part of Concordia Schools last year. The new web site now is: http://www.concordiacanogapark.com

This is an amazing school with its teacher/student ratio being so low and tuition can still be so affordable! They have individualized program for advanced or struggling students in addition to small class sizes. I'm very glad that I found this school for my son! I highly recommend it to children who'd benefit from small class sizes! The school became Kindergarten to 12th grade since 2011. The new website is: http://www.concordiacanogapark.com

Trinity Lutheran High School is now a member of the Concordia Schools (http://concordiaschoolsla.org/). The new name is Concordia Canoga Park as of July 1, 2011. Concordia Canoga Park offers interesting electives, such as theater, art, sewing, dance, and music. A part of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, Concordia Canoga Park stands on a firm foundation of Biblical doctrine. Small class sizes and a close family-oriented environment are some features that make the program particularly appealing. The Expected Schoolwide Learning Results is that our students are: * Effective communicators who are able to work independantly and in team settings. * Self-motivated, good managers of time, who are able to establish and pursue personal goals. * Able to use critical thinking skills to analyze information in order to be effective problem solvers. * Showing Christ-like concern for humanity. * Having a strong moral foundation and ethical character, after the example of Christ.

Trinity Lutheran High School has a rich history of quality education and a superb Theater Arts program. The small school size is a blessing and a curse. It is a curse because some judge a school by numbers rather than quality and it is a blessing because of all the individualized attention. Graduates from TLHS (friends of my daughter) have gone on to UC Irvine, UC Davis, CSUN, West Point (yes, West Point) as well as Pierce and Moorpark College. The theater program deserves an award. The quality of the performances would be hard to beat. If you read this prior to May, come and see this year's performance, you will be convinced that TLHS deserves the communities attention. My daughter is currently in 11th grade. I will be sad when it is time to graduate and leave this loving environment.
