I'm A student at ndms and I don't like it. The community is mean to others. Racism is huge here and all the kids are mean to POC and it doesn't sit right with me how when people say slurs and they don't get punished. Also with bullying, i was bullied myself and the principal didn't care. This school and ndhs only cares about attendance and grades. They don't care for mental health

This school is horrible. They are not equipped to teach my children and the environment is not conducive for them to learn and progress to their highest potential.

Most of the teachers and staff are horrible. They bully kids they do not like. My daughter went here and she just graduated from the high school, big difference in staff between the two schools. My son is currently enrolled and has experienced bullying not only from the kids, but the staff as well. He sprained his ankle and had to use crutches for a few days, it took him some time to get in the car on the first day. All the "Principal" could say is it doesn't take that long to get in the car. How ignorant! Worst Davidson county school my kids have ever attended.

My son has attended this school for 2 years and we are thrilled with the quality of education he has received. The teachers seem to care about the success of the kids in their classes, and with the new Parent Portal system, parents can have up-to-date grades and information about their progress. It is up to the parents to take their kids' education seriously and stay in touch with the teachers. Every teacher I have reached out to is very responsive and very helpful in providing feedback and opportunities for the success of my student. With lots of friends sending their kids to the schools in Forsyth county, I can say that our experience with North Davidson has made our friends jealous. They have many problems with bullying, drugs, and racial tensions, where this type of thing is less prevalent at this more rural, and conservative school. We love it here and if you are looking for a school with teachers that care, and a very common-sense approach instead of the politically correct approach, then this is the place for your student.

No speech therapy for kids? Teachers who don't have the skills to teach and to be honest they seem more like Pharisees. We decided to pay the $ this year and the 40 min drive to send our kids to another school district! Be warned!
