My niece was a student at Glenn. Her and all of her friends thrived at Glenn High school. Great school, great teachers, lovely school all around.

This school was not challenging, the administrative staff was rude, and they have very low expectations for students.

Hello, I am a freshman at Glenn and I honestly haven't spent much time in the school in order to post a review but whatever. I want to tell you that this comment is for people who think that this school is bad. It ain't (from my perspective). Tbh, I think this is a great school (academically). But, students wise. Not at all. I am a pretty smart kid and I take Geometry Advanced and Algebra II advanced (and I'm a freshman). The rest of my classes are World Geo, English I advanced, Biology Advanced, Spanish I, Gym (PE), and Principles of Business, Marketing, and Finance. I think that all the teachers do a good job at teaching things. About 95% of them are really helpful. But, the problem about this school is the students. There are a lot of smart and nice people in the school, but there are 10x as much dumb (like, they don't have good grades or they don't listen during class) and do drugs or vape. Honestly, if you kid is a good student and if you trust him/her then don't worry about sending him here. The school has a variety of clubs, sport teams, electives, and of course... core classes. If your son doesn't have good grades and needs help, then totally don't send him here because you're just gonna be digging yourself into a deeper hole then.

I'd say the school was average, I see a lot of praise given to the school for it's clean appearance and it's heavy emphasis on STEM, though one issue that is not handled well is bullying. I am a recent graduate, and the most help I've ever been given with my bullying issue was in school suspension. I've been traumatized by other students on campus and was met with little intervention. The staff is empathetic and many truly wanted to help, but unfortunately the school simply does not have the resources to handle the bullying issue. They placed me into a special education program to help with mental health issues tied into bullying, though even after graduation I am disappointed that they could've done more.On a more positive note, since I have won awards for the school as well I must state that the school is excellent with preparing you for academic success. They value extra curricular activities and provide many resources to help you grow the skills you have. Teachers will work hard with students to get them to succeed, and it shows in the kids who actually care about if they graduate or not.

I have had a senior graduate and is now doing amazing things in college at UT Austin. I also have a sophomore that attends GHS and we are very happy with her progress and future!
