Our experience at Stober Elementary has been exceptional. Principal Anne Dicola and her dedicated staff truly prioritize our children's academic and social development. The teachers' hard work is reflected in the continuous growth of the students year after year. The school offers a welcoming and supportive environment, along with an impressive variety of after-school activities. It's just the right size, allowing every staff member to know and support each child personally. We couldn't be happier with our choice and feel so fortunate that Stober is our neighborhood school!

Stober is an excellent school. We could have gone to our neighborhood school but chose to choice into Stober since we heard so many positive things from other friends who've attended in the past. The school is involved in the community, the teachers have all been great, and our kids have made wonderful connections with other students.

I don’t know what else one would want from an elementary school. It is truly a caring and positive space for kids to grow and learn. Principal DiCola has created a community of teachers and staff that prioritizes the students and their whole person development. They worked to tailor build and regularly adjust an IEP for one of my kids that really showed how well they understand each individual child and their needs. I appreciate how proactive they are in supporting my kids learning, how communicative they are about everything, and, above all else, how at ease I feel about my kid spending their days in a safe, caring community.

From the moment we joined Stober, we knew we had found something special. The sense of community is incredible, and everyone—from the teachers to the families - is welcoming and supportive. Our child has absolutely thrived here, staying engaged, challenged, and excited to learn every day. The teachers recognized their energy and curiosity, meeting them right where they were and helping them grow in the best way possible. The teachers and principal, Ms. DiCola, go above and beyond to nurture each child’s strengths, and we’ve seen firsthand how much our child has grown, both academically and socially. This school isn’t just a place for learning...it’s a second home where kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be their best. We couldn’t be more grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. Thank you, Stober!!

Principal Anne DiCola and her team have created a warm and welcoming community for our 2 boys and I would whole heatedly recommend Stober as a top notch school. We are very appreciative of passion and support our kids have received while at Stober. The school was also one of only five schools in the district to achieve high growth, at the 70th percentile or above, on both the English language arts/reading AND the math assessments.

Stober is amazing. They focus on meeting the student wherever they are in their learning journey and helping them thrive and grow. There are so many ways to get involved. I suggest any parent try that and you will have a supportive community you cherish.

my review is directed at anne dicola principal. haveing issues with bullying and inappropriate language and things being said to my second grader brushing these issues under the rug and not keepong up to the zero tolerance for behavior like this the school itself is great academicly but when it comes to our children being paid attention to and being protected from issues such as ours horrible job and the fact that this is happening to a 2nd grader the fact that parents are letting there children talk and act like this at such a young age blows my mind this is unacceptable and something should be done get it together STOBER!

Excellent school in every area! The principal stands out in his enthusiasm, engagement and dedication to the school. My daughter learned a ton in kindergarten and absolutely loved her teacher. The staff is super hard working and welcoming. The community is great and the school presents a fun environment where learning and hard work come naturally which is how it should be in elementary school; learn to love school!

Stober not only has a strong, educated and forward-thinking principal but also outstanding teachers that really care about their students and want to help them learn. The community is outstanding!! Not the parents (who are very involved in the school activities) but the community members around the school. We love Stober!

Stober has what every parent wants for their child - small class sizes, inspiring teachers & an amazing support staff. All of this is coupled with tremendous community & parent involvement makes for an incredible learning environment. It is a true little gem!
