We have 17 month old twins that are enrolled at First Steps. My husband and I love that I can drop the kids off in the morning and he can pick them up in the afternoon and we do not have to worry about them throughout the day. We know they are in good hands. They have a great curriculum and enjoy going there. The teachers are very nice and spend quality time with the kids. We get children s daily activity sheets and it s nice to know that they aren t just playing with toys all day long. They are actually doing constructive activities that are the building blocks as they move up through the program and move onto the next age level classroom. It s always nice to get new fridge decorations too! We love it at First Steps and couldn t ask for a better place to bring our kids and group of people!

There our teachers that have no clue what there our doing. there have had five different directors within the last year and two different owners within the last two years. the rules change daily for stuff and parents. they use to provide things for the families and know we have to start bring in our own things. This place is changing and the away the directors talk to the stuff is very mean and the way the stuff talk to each other wow. I would never go back there with my children.

The staff at this school have no clue what they are doing. You neve know who is in charge. There are teachers there that rough handle the chilren. There are teachers there that leave children unattnded how could a teacher leave a child alone in the classroom.. They talk bad about the children and the parenents.. My son was there for 4 days then i left that center and will never go back.

I recommend First Steps for number of reasons. Clean Environment, Organized Classrooms, professional staff/teachers. Safety has been given a top priority for the kids. Absolutely Recommend First Steps to every parent.

I love this school. First Steps Nursery school was the best decision i made for my children. The school is always clean and well organized even with all the classrooms full and active with play and multiple centers are open for the kids to keep them engaged. The staff is friendly and well prepared to keep the children safe, active and engaged. A warm and safe environment. My kids love their summer camp program, it has much more to offer then most summer camp programs out there. The leadership of the staff and management speaks for it self. i can call at any time and the teachers update me on my kids day promptly. I highly recommend First Steps. This preschool has everything a parent wants for their child. A Happy Parent!

The Staff is extremely friendly and well prepared . I like the quality of the center, it is clean and classrooms look like a lot of fun. Teachers in one of the classrooms answered all my questions and concerns with a smile on their face. First steps has a very friendly safe, nurturing and academically enhanced environment. I highly recommend this preschool to any parent who wants a well balanced environment for their child. The owner is on site daily and personally takes care of the quality of the center and has an open door policy. She was more then willing to work around my needs. Happy to have found a home away from home.
