I did not like this school, It was sexist let girls do mostly what they want.

My daughter has been attending Pre-K here for about a year and we've had zero problems. I like my daughter's teacher, Mrs. Harvey. She seems very knowledgeable, attentive, down-to-earth, and compassionate. As a family, we've been having a pretty tough year, but the school has been so understanding and I haven't had any issues. What I'm most impressed about is that the school has recognized my daughter has some physical problems. They jumped right on it and assigned her a physical therapist which she sees during class! Wow! Thank you! Also, I thought it was neat that they offer in-school dental care. I've been having the hardest time finding pediatric dentists around Kent that accept Medicaid, so this was a convenient way for my kiddo to get treated. My daughter doesn't have behavioral problems, so it's been a breeze. I'd recommend this school. I'm very happy so far!

Whatever you do- do NOT send your children here. The principal is a joke and lacks empathy- she will dismiss all your concerns and side ALWAYS with the teachers. Kindergarten & first grade teachers are awesome but a certain 2nd grade teacher will make a point to pick on your child... Completely disappointed in this school and I am looking to send my children else where. What a waste of our taxes.

We moved my child to Davey this past year and could not be happier with how his year went. The faculty and teachers have all been great. I was worried how our son would transition to a new school but everyone was wonderful at making him feel welcome. It did not take him long at all to make friends and his grades and involvement improved noticeably. Would recommend to anyone moving into Kent.

This school has horrible counseling, and does nothing to help with bullying. That is why my kids now go to private schools.
