We switched to Lumen Christi after being unhappy with the subpar education our children were receiving at public school. Our kids weren't being challenged to their ability and weren't growing or thriving in the public school environment, where we felt most kids were lumped into one group of "average" students. There were also issues with substance use and agendas that were hurting my kids' mental health. Since they switched to Lumen, my teens went from bored and withdrawn to happy, excited about learning and interested in helping others. The proof is in the pudding - I've seen a difference in my kids and I feel switching to Lumen was the best decision we could have made for their mental health and education.

I had 3 students attend LC, they were not only well prepared for college...they were very well prepared for LIFE!!

I'm proud to send my daughter to a place where she is growing emotionally, spiritually and academically. Well worth the investment.

The recently expanded curriculum positions students in a great position to succeed in college and life in general. Student are also taught the importance of civic duty, community service, and helping those in need.

This school offers such a positive experience. Faith based, it promotes team work as well as bringing each student to their full potential

Lumen Christi has instituted great improvements in the past few years that make it a competitive choice for your student. They now offer dual enrollment for college credit, additional advanced classes so students do not have to travel to Jackson High, generous donors have improved all facilities right down to the doors, and the new principal has brought back the level of integrity, discipline, ethics, and respect you would expect from a faith based education.

Not worth the money when your child could attend western schools for free and get the same academics and more. For all the money lumen Christie takes in, where does it go? There hasn't been any updates on the school or on the athletic fields. They have latrines on the field because they don't even have real bathrooms? One outdated score board and they just got lights for their football field. They have to rent their bleachers for people to sit on? Talk about cheap!

The added collaboration of the Junior and Senior High Schools being on one campus is fantastic. Allowing students to take AP classes while in Junior High then earn college credits while in high school is a definite plus. The newly enhanced curriculum also adds to the already great educational value of the school.

Not at all worth the obscene amount of tuition paid when a public school like Jackson High has more advanced classes and is free to attend
