This school is terrible. My child has special needs and was treated less than in his normal classroom setting. He was given a new special education teacher halfway through the year because the first has no idea what she is doing. He was coming home from school upset because kids were making fun of him for being stupid and the teacher denied any of it was happening. I took him out of the school and put him in a new one. He has started his second year and has had absolutely zero issues. I would also like to mention that when there was an issue at Goodridge the vice principal told me to pray on it. Ok what if I don’t have the same beliefs as you do? Keep religion out of schools.

Goodridge has been wonderful for my family for the past 6 years and counting. We have 3 children enrolled & love the staff. Their teachers are attentive to my kids' needs & the front office staff is always prompt and courteous. I never feel unwelcome & there is a lot of extra curricular activities that my kids can choose from.

I must address the post from Sunday, December 8, 2013. No one, not even a parent, can chaperone or participate in class without a background check. It's curious that the poster could list no particular issue, save for the question of education. Does the poster think that anyone holding a degree would be willing to serve as a low-paid assistant? I suspect there is little quantifiable evidence of anything remotely deemed "scary" about anyone at Goodridge.
