Fantastic teachers and respect for students. Both our children were very successful with the curriculum there. That's a great testament to the teachers.

My son's experience at Ashley has been nothing less than excellent. We moved from another state but the first day of K was just as fun as the last day. This continued through to his first grade and now he cannot wait to start second grade at Ashley. The teachers are very nurturing, the Principal was incredible and the fun programs the PTA (WHOOP) conducts for kids and teachers through the year are what great schools should strive for and luckily Ashley already has!

Ashley Elementary staff are serious about academics and nurturing the whole child. The staff and students are respectful to one another and expectations are high. In addition to the rigorous academics, the school offers many extracurricular activities, some which perform in the community. Jump rope, choir, drum choir, student council, coding, safety patrol, book club, green team...there is something for everyone. The PTA has the leadership and fundraising to pay for many enrichment programs, and they pamper the staff throughout the year. They host a Veteran's Day program that brings tears to our eyes every year and neighborhood veterans are invited and do attend. Ashley Friday Live events are all about student recognition and fun! Communication with teachers and admin has always been easy and prompt. We are wrapping up six years at this school and will miss everyone. We feel very blessed to have our children here.

My children just completed their first year at Ashley. I have 3 kiddos who were K, 2nd, & 4th graders. As new students at the beginning of the year, they were made to feel at home. All teachers my children were involved with were wonderful (their classroom teachers, the specials teachers,.etc.) I was really impressed by the amount of hands on learning and how active children are kept while learning. . This school & challenging Frisco curriculum really make learning fun and exciting. i also love how welcome parents are at the school. Parents are able to help in the classroom, the library, etc. We did have some experiences that had potential for negatives. (Hurt on the playground, difficulty changing schools, etc.) However, the staff handled all these situations professionally and were very caring toward my children. From the Principal, the the counselor, to the teachers and everyone in between, the whole staff has been great. and my children (who didn't want to switch schools at all but were forced to by our move) are extremely happy and engaged in learning.

We've been at Ashley for two years and we've enjoyed the experience. The teachers collaborate well and it seems that all the students know one another. Diversity is key for our family and I believe Ahsley is balanced in that area . Ashley allows each student to embrace their culture in a respectful and safe environment .
