Graduated in 2020. Realized the depth of relationships after leaving the school. Administration is diverse in reviews. Some teachers were incredible, and really made the education worth it. Counselors cared and college counselors set Mullen’s college admissions apart. Administration is money hungry and I didn’t really feel the money was ever used for the benefit of students. As an Alum, they only reach out for money. Graduated in 2020 and felt forgotten and uncared for. Did not reschedule events to include seniors in canceled traditions like most schools. They gave up on us. Leaving the school, student culture is mixed. Popularity is determined by family wealth and student bully culture is harsh. Because of religious identity, lots of problems with disrespecting women and LGBTQ culture. Not inclusive to cultural diversity. If you aren’t “strong catholic”, the theology classes are hard to get through. Curriculum isn’t inclusive of different background and ended up being uncomfortable and shaming to people of different backgrounds. I had a teacher claim people were going to hell… just for being born the way they were, which also was the way I was born. Not the brightest moment of HS. Morality and sex ed curriculum has a lot of misinformation, and much more traditional family planning than real sex ed to keep students safe. Especially because of strong sex and party culture off campus. Kairos is a beautiful retreat. Mullen was a fine experience. You realize the damage of that imprint after you leave. If you are a very traditional catholic with family money and white skin, you will do okay. If you want a more rounded experience, you may want to look into cheaper and more diverse options.

I graduated with a 2.7 because I was young and dumb, but because of the stellar education, I now going into my senior year of college with a 3.88 and am aiming for the presidents list and graduating summa cum laude.

Mullen was a life changing experience for me. The school provided me with the knowledge to succeed at college and be the success that I am today. The academic standards create an atmosphere of excellence and the inclusive culture creates an opportunity to be yourself. Priceless.

Amazing college preparatory school. I had such a great experience attending. The teachers were always so helpful and caring. Post-college, I have reconnected with a few of my favorites and they still continue to offer knowledgable advice and career guidance.

As the parent of two alumni and a current student I can attest to the fact that Mullen is worth every penny we have invested. The academics are second to none in the state of Colorado. It is "cool to be smart" at Mullen. The AP test scores and the college placement successes are outstanding. Athletic opportunities are countless. It is impossible to not get involved. The best part of this school is the community. The teachers know the kids and the families. I know who my kids are spending time with and that is a great comfort as a parent. If you are considering Mullen for your child please just visit. That is all it takes to see what makes this such a GREAT place. You will not be disappointed.

Avoid at any time! Fabricated! Waste of money for you and waste of time for your child. Overall comparable to the low rated public schools

As a recent graduate of Mullen, I can easily say that Mullen prepared me for college, social situations, and real life better than my peers who attended other high schools. Mullen students and graduates are just more polished, respectful, aware, and eager to serve others. I am so proud to say that I am a mustang. From the retreats to the football games, I will forever treasure my time at Mullen, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a superior and challenging education and a strong, faith-filled community.
