For my experience, at Fort Logan Northgate, there are amazing resources, however, not enough of them for every student. Teachers and supporters are amazing and willing to learn and support students as much as they can. However, for those with disabilities, their civil rights or safety are not being met in my opinion. The special education director has been trying to change however they failed multiple times and lost multiple staff under their management. God bless to those who are still there fighting hard for education.

I want to put a zero but I can’t but basically they always add meat to the food, and they don’t have vegetarian options also they favorite a grade from another. The kids influence the other kids to do bad stuff including vaping and the teachers are weird mostly the men teachers. The technology is horrible and the computers don’t work.

dress code is stricter then private schools, and come across as a way for the school to make money, for example the child cant wear t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, or other things unless they are ones purchased with the school logo from the school. Today they pulled a girl out of class because she had one button on her polo shirt unbuttoned. They disrupted a childs learning for one button that did not even show her chest, just her neck. So far not impressed with the staff, the counsler is rude to both children and parents. And the kicker! To keep the kids from being able to let other kids in, they CHAIN THE DOORS SHUT!! litterally chains with padlocks, that has to be a fire code violation.

This school has had a HUGE turnover of teachers and administration during 2012/13 and 2013/14! While the change is needed, it's not a good place to be during transition. Communication with parents has been very poor!
